Solid spot for coffee, work, or hang out with friends! Located close to my hotel and in need of a "pick me up" I stopped by. Very nice interior with comfortable seating and nice lighting. Ordered an iced Americano with a splash of half and half. 20 ounce was only $4.50, a huge value!!! Barista asked me for my name and my drink was ready quickly. They have nice high end espresso beans and for an iced americano I need HUGE ice cubes, which they have!!! My only regret is I am just visiting in the area and don't have a Sable Coffee where I live!!! read more

I generally avoid leaving negative reviews. My family of seven has been loyal customers of Sable for several years, choosing it as our preferred spot for coffee and drinks. For the most part, we have been very satisfied with our orders and have consistently left tips to show our appreciation for the baristas and their service. However, in late December, before driving to Ronan, we stopped at Sable shortly after 7:20 p.m. We ordered two drinks, both of which were bitter and burned...completely undrinkable. We did not notice immediately, as we picked up dinner at Frugal's and left our drinks for the drive home. By the time we realized the drinks were spoiled, it was too late to return before Sable closed at 8 p.m., and we had to discard them. That evening, I contacted management with a brief, polite message including the time of our visit and the exact drinks ordered. I did not request a refund; I simply inquired whether the drinks could possibly be remade in the future. I received no response, acknowledgment, or follow-up. While I understand the need to guard against potential scams, I can easily demonstrate our consistent patronage and spending at Sable over the years. It was disappointing that my courteous attempt to communicate was entirely ignored. read more

Sable Coffee has such a cozy and well-designed interior perfect for getting some work done or just enjoying a calm afternoon. It's the kind of space that makes you want to slow down and stay a while. We tried the salted caramel cream cold brew (a bit sweet for me) and the dark roast brewed coffee, which tasted a little lighter than expected for a dark roast but was served piping hot - just how I like it. Service was great- friendly and efficient and the overall vibe makes it a spot I'd definitely return to. Maybe I'll try one of the lattes next time! read more

The coffee was great, but one of the workers were not. While I was waiting for my coffee, the worker was yelling and talking about very inappropriate things that were not family friendly, and I had my 4-year-old daughter with me. I'm not very happy with my experience, if you go inside be prepared to hear some very unprofessional conversations from their employees. read more

This coffee spot is located in a shared plaza with a drive thru and limited parking. It is very cute inside and they have a group of speciality drinks named after national parks. I got the Gates of the Arctic with almond milk. The service was a bit slow to both take our order and for our order to come out but the drink was very yummy and worth the wait. read more

Normally service is great but I ordered a pickup order and have been notified before when it was ready and this time wasn't notified I mentioned it l because I was confused and the blonde girl I was talking to goes "whelp it don't usually notify ya but ok" and was very short and wasn't very polite in explaining it. I've heard similar complaints about a blonde girl that works there being not the friendliest from friends and I wonder if this is a common occurrence with this employee:( read more

This is my go-to coffee shop when something crazy is going on. My washer's broken? I come here to do laundry at the laundromat next door, then grab a drink here. The power's out? I come here. In spite of associating this comfy coffee shop with the curveballs life throws at me, it is a nice place to meet a friend, with a variety of seating. It can get crowded, though--I think the proximity to the kidsports complex, laundromat, and grease monkey means I'm not the only one stopping in when my normal routine is thrown off. Everytime I go here I get the absolute worst attitude from a couple different people but ESPECIALLY the male that takes orders at times through the drive through there was a time I asked for a 24 oz lotus and he started talking so I repeated to make sure he got that I said 24 oz and completely interrupted me to kinda yell back at me and say they don't do 24 oz in a lotus just to find out when I went to work that morning that they do apparently do 24 oz lotus like and that was the worst experience by far read more

Such a surprise! We were looking for a spot to kill time before checking into our Airbnb and found this gem. The guy at the order station made some suggestions. We got the New York latte (white chocolate plus toffee nut syrup) and the Sable Espresso on Ice--white chocolate whisked with the espresso, add ice, top with vanilla foam (dairy blend of 2% and heavy cream so it isn't light foam nor whipped cream) OMG was the Sable Espresso on Ice good! Super strong, not overly sweet despite the two syrups, and oh so photogenic! I had to go back in to double check what is in it because it is THAT GOOD! Unfortunately they don't have this in Cincinnati :( read more

Loved this place. Staff was great and we really enjoyed the atmosphere they created. Coffee was great, and we got food that was so yummy. I think i got the breakfast burrito and loved it and got a sweet treat that was enjoyed as well.
