I contacted 2 contractors to do duct replacement. Jimmys was recommended by my neighbor behind me. The young son came to take measurements, he was polite & on time. His father (owner) contacted me later & sent me a written estimate which was comparable to other estimate but $175 cheaper. They also said they could start the job the next week. After I got a date to fix bathroom floor (which had to be done before the replacement). They were able to come the next day. They were a little tardy on agreed arrival time but only about 30 minutes. With in an hour they had all old ducting ripped out. Both the son (also named Jimmy) and helper (peanut) were very polite, answered my questions and were able to complete the job by about 4pm. They made sure to check all vents had proper flow. Cleaned up all trash in area near crawl space & left. Great family owned company

After speaking with the young lady about my issue she said they would be at my house in about 10 minutes. 10 minutes or so later, Jimmy and his wife were at my front door. Within minutes of arriving Jimmy had disagnosed the problem. He did however, check to make sure there were no other issues with the unit since it is very old. 20 to 30 minutes later, my A/C was working. They are very friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. We contacted…read moreBrothers 8 times for service calls the first summer with no technician ever showing up for the appointments. This is our second summer. The calls started again. In that time frame we had one technician show up. He hooked his computer up to it, said everything is fine, didn't even check the thermostat inside the house. He charged us $140 and left. The system is short cycling. It comes on for 3-5 minutes, cuts off for less than a minute then comes on again. We counted 11 times in 10 minutes. I have a video of it doing it. I called yesterday, recorded my phone call with their knowledge, explained what it was doing and I needed a technician here at peak heat hours. They agreed, scheduled a service call for today between 12-4 pm. I have email confirmation of the service appointment. They were a no show, just like the other 15 times we've scheduled an appointment. I have less than a 2 yr old system that is being damaged by the short cycling and I'm going to be in a bind when it tears up. We are senior citizens with two disabled children in the home and I feel Brothers took unfair advantage of us. We will be paying on this unit until 2040 and it doesn't even cool our home.

Once done, I informed Precision that the supply temp was fluctuating. They informed me by text and voice that someone would come out to check the refrigerant pressures. No one showed or called. I was also told that I'd receive confirmation that the units would be registered for warranty and an inspection would be scheduled to close the permit. Neither have been done. I called Abdul, the service manager and he made it seem like it was my fallult for not chasing them down enough. I called Asia about all of the above. She said she'd call back and never did. I contacted Roger Costner. He did not apologize or try to make things right. If you've been wronged by them, I'd contact the BBB even though they're not accredited (not surprised). I'd also inform the companies they rep. In my case, it's Tempstar.
