I don't know where to start... I walked out crying, there's a start. I had a lot of questions of the process they're taking to do my hair and it was a lot of "don't worry it's fine" answers.. I generally get really nervous so I ask a lot of questions.. They didn't like that and took my body language as an insult to their capability of doing my hair (her words). Sabrina threw the straightener at one point because she was sick of my questions. We literally got into a SCREAMING match because I didn't think it was okay to treat customers that way, no matter how sensitive she was being.. She said I will not make it in Florence and that I was out to make other people feel awful. I don't know if she meant to sound so horrible because she's itialian and I'm English speaking so there may of been a language/culture barrier but none the least.. You can't treat ANYONE that way (there shouldn't of been a language barrier because she spoke English and I had a friend with me that spoke Italian). She also admitted that her employee Dario talked about me behind my back and said this and that causing more miscommunication because of their "Chinese whispers". Aside from the customer service, she did everything I DIDNT ask for, I asked for a T-section on my roots (my hair is already damaged so I wanted as little highlights as possible), she did a half head because she said it's better, I said I didn't want a blow dry because it's too hot and there's no point of spending the extra money if I'm going to sweat through my hair but she insisted and waved me off because we had to see the final finish knowing quite well I didn't want to pay the extra amount (still charged me). I said we should tone it since now I'm BLONDE (I was not blonde before) and she said no it's a good colour. I went to another hairdresser the next day and bought toner to do it myself. I've never felt so horrible in my life and I can't believe it ended with me balling my eyes out due to a 10 min screaming match read more
