Fantastic work.... far exceeded our expectations!!

We have used Sabrina's in the past with no incident. This time, our experience was awful. The tech came with an obvious attitude. Then he said he couldn't open some of the windows, which my husband then opened with ease. Then he complained he couldn't close them, and blamed us for having "bad windows." My husband had to go around the house and close them. Some windows weren't cleaned and others still had suds on him. At one point, he asked if he could stand on the furniture to reach the windows. My husband was about the same height, and showed him that they weren't hard to reach (and the tech had a ladder!). He then said, "Oh yeah." My husband is furious. I called the office to tell them of our experience. The woman on the phone offered to send someone else. We declined. We will never use or recommend Sabrina's to anyone. read more

Today was a complete disappointment half assed job on the power washing of my lanai did not know how to remove the screens so I said never mind what do I owe you for the power wash. $99. Anna and Michael were great. My immune system is severely compromised (my windows were worse) and they were very careful. Both wore masks and they were quick and efficient. We've used Sabrina's for several years. They've always done a good job at a reasonable price. This year we were quoted a price, same as previous, to do all our windows including the vinyl Windows on our lanai. When the individuals got here they removed all the screens and one started on the house Windows and the other on the lanai Windows. I noticed the guy on the lanai pick up his phone and make a call. Didn't hear the conversation. When he hung up he came in and informed my wife that the price quoted couldn't include the lanai. It would be $10.00 more per bank of windows. There are 9 banks. My wife informed him she verified with the scheduler that the price did include the vinyl Windows. He called his boss back and said the price was wrong. I produced an invoice from prior years, but to no avail. We'll never use Sabrina's again! read more

While cleaning my neighbors upstairs glass sliding door and railing, Sabrina window washer spilled chemical or bleach on my patio furniture and plants. 3 of my 4 chairs from Leaders Furniture, had white spots on the the mesh seats. Leader's kindly repaired 2 or the 3 chairs at no charge. Asked Sabrina to pay $130 for 3rd chair repair; they refused. Had a 30 day rule for damages, of which I was not aware. So everyone else, BEWARE! Also, killed all my potted plants and 1/2 of my neighbors plants. I have used Sabrina Windows in the past, but, never again. read more

I am on the government DO NOT CALL list, however, this business chooses to bypass that and place unwanted marketing cold calls. This is unacceptable! I don't appreciate being interrupted for their unwanted solicitation call. Looking at previous reviews, I see I'm not the only one and this is a continual thing for this company. STOP. If you have satisfied customers, then that should be your best source for referrals, NOT cold calling especially when on the do not call list. read more

Each window with panes costs $10 for inside/out. However, your panes are not included. I had them come out twice to touch up and both times I was told they don't do that. Your sliders are between $7-9 per section....aluminum parts not included. So your gross mildewy parts outside remain black and gross. The second guy told me my cleaning lady should do that. I don't have a cleaning lady. I hired a window company to do a job I didn't want to do. Nice workers. Bad policy. A whole entire window should be cleaned. I'm just suggesting you ask what's included in your price and get it signed. I'm shocked that a whole window and frames/sills were not included. Website says sills wiped and they weren't. Tracks of sliders weren't either. Not worth the $359 for 3 hours of work (plus 2 hours touchup). read more

I had not used Sabrina since 2014. I know why. I had an appointment today at 11:00. They showed up 45 minutes early. Well that is better than late. The problem is my quote of $159.00 got jacked to $330.00. I called the office and the lowest they would go was $280.00. I feel scammed and sent them away. Not a company that I will use again. read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a company to pressure wash my lanai and pool cage. I called Sabrina's, and Joy, who is extremely professional and friendly scheduled the appointment and offered window washing as an additional service. We scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. The service person shoed as scheduled and quoted $299 for the windows and $250 for the lanai. He immediately went to work on the windows. Throughout the day he bounced back and forth from the pressure washing to the windows and finished very late in the day. I tipped him $30 for his hard work. Sabrina's offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, if not happy they will come back out and touch up. The next day I noticed areas that needed work and I called and advised a number of the windows had smudges and streaks and needed touch up. They scheduled that a few days later and the same person came out and did a good job with the touch-up. I had not yet had the chance to inspect the lanai as we were still in the kaos of unpacking and working remotely at the same time and once I inspected the lanai I realized it was a disgusting mess. Dirt piled up in the corners of the pavers, stains on the cage and the doors. It looked as though someone went through the motion of using a pressure washer only not to "clean" the area. I called them back and advised it had to be redone. Joy said she would discuss with the manager. I offered to send photos and did so. The owner called me bac and seemed angry that I hadn't mentioned it before. We went back and forth over what exactly was wrong with the job. I referred her back to the photos, they speak for themselves. She scheduled the guy to come back out the following Wednesday. She called back the following day and said it would have to be Thursday. I advised that was not acceptable and that they need to get this done and done right. We went back and forth over the problem and agreed he would be out Wednesday. The same guy arrived very late and when I showed him everything he claimed most of what I was showing him was permanently stained and can't be removed. I also showed him where a lot of the grout between the coping was still dark with stain he said that wouldn't come out either. He said he would do the job again the best he could but seemed to imply it would be no better than it is. I also ask that he hit the top of the pool while he was at it. He went to his vehicle and was on the phone for a long time. After which he came to the door seemingly agitated and advise they do not pressure wash pools. It was obvious to me, at that point the job was not going to be done right. I told him that was fine, I will contact the office for a refund. I called the office and spoke with the owner again and demanded a refund as I will need to pay someone else tpo do this job. After some argument she agreed to refund $100. I advised I would need to pay someone to do the job they did not do and her reply was, "don't you think he should be paid for his hard work?". I replied "not if the job isn't done, no." After some more back and forth she said she will mail a check for the $100 and that was it. I have called twice since then and NO refund. Meanwhile, I paid $275 for another company to do what they did not do. So I am out $250 from Sabrina's. More than the money, and with the exception of dealing with Joy, this has caused me so much time (which is valuable), distress, aggravation and money than I can say. I wish I could attach the photos of after Sabrina's and after the new service. What a nightmare. Still no refund check. It's apparent the owner ( I believe her name to be Cindy ) has zero entirety. My next step is the BBB. read more

They must be under new management because this is NOT the customer service I'm used to with Sabrina's. I was called on my cell phone to see if they could schedule a window washing with free Rain-x. I made the appointment for Saturday at 8-9 am. Later the same day, I called to cancel or reschedule because I was called for a job interview for 9:30 Saturday morning. No problem, they rescheduled for 11-12 show up time on Saturday. I went to my interview and returned to a crumpled up Sabrina's business card in a house window. Did that mean they were coming back? I called the office, and was told that my appointment was 8-9. I explained that I had rescheduled, and the cleaners hadn't shown up before I left the house at 9:15 anyhow. The rep said that the cleaners would come back. Two hours later I called, told her no one called or showed up, so I was cancelling. When I listened to the messages on the landline there were two messages from Friday. One confirming my appointment at 8-9 and the other confirming the one 11-12. I thought it was strange that they had my cell number to solicit, but only managed to have the landline to confirm an appointment that could have saved some confusion, and gotten me clean windows. read more

Very disappointed in this company. I asked not once but twice what the service included. They told me cleaning the window tracks were included. After the service tech left, the tracks were still filthy. He only quickly ran a cloth on the outside - not inside. When cleaning the inside, he didn't even open the windows to look at the tracks. The technician even complained about the condition of my windows. Yes, they are older but he was just stating the obvious. When I called the company to complain, the phone taker just said they just run a cloth through. However, that is not what the original person on the phone who took my order stated. Now I have to have a 4 hour window for them to come back. This was not worth what I paid. read more

Brandon came a couple of Saturdays ago and cleaned the windows (35) in my home. They were very dirty. Because of some prior commitments I had, he was very accommodating to schedule us at my convenience. He arrived promptly and did an outstanding job on all parts of every window- inside, outside, and the tracks too. He was very pleasant to deal with even when we found streaks he missed. My wife and I have used Sabrina's for window washing (excellent) and power washing (also excellent) several times since 2015, most recently earlier this year, 2018. The technicians have never been less than courteous, competent and efficient. This is one of the finest contractors we've used in FL. We recommend the company highly. Similar experience as some others have had. Quoted me one price after giving them very specific information about the window size, number of patio doors and style on the phone and then when washer arrived quoted me an additional $90!!! This person was abusive with the patio doors when checking them over until my husband actually said to leave them alone and he would finish closing. Very rude with us. I said we would not pay more than the quoted price and he left. Such a disappointing experience. Phone staff was very helpful and friendly but would not hire them again! read more

We moved from FL 2 years ago but while living there I had Sabrina's come in once a year to clean my windows. They cleaned inside and out and did a wonderful job.
