Asked for $500 which is 2 1/2 time the price quoted when they came out. Blamed the receptionist and said she didn't know it was two stories. When I told him she asked how many stories and the size of the house he shrugged his shoulders and got back in his van and left. These people are a mess. They did increase the price after they arrived and unfortunately they also had difficulty speaking English. Money somehow was no problem! They did not know about the hurricane windows we have and spent forever to try and do one window. Eventually they left and will not be returning. I would recommend never even calling them or having them come out when they make their calls. Not worth your time. read more

HORRIFIC! HORRID! AWFUL!! As a repeat customer I never in my wildest dreams thought this company fail to provide good service, LET ALONE CAUSE SIGNIFCANT DAMAGE TO MY HOME - I was sorely wrong. I hired SGCWC to power wash my house and it was a disaster. Not only was the actual power washing awful, but they caused in excess of $1500 damage to my house. We sent the technician off the property and immediately called the office. The next day another technician came to the house and was appalled by the work and destruction. Poor guy had to hand wash the residue from the siding. The following day two employees showed up to repair the damage to the house, but quickly upon observance called SGCWC and relayed they were not qualified to complete the repair. We had our contractor look at the job and provide an estimate ($1600) which we provided, along with pictures to SGCWC. Not in agreement SGCWC sent, not one but two separate painters/carpenters to provide quotes. Both provided quotes of $700+ and $900+ to repair the damage. Believing in the satisfaction guarantee, we believed our home would be repaired. Instead we received a call saying, you don't have to pay for the power washing, pay whoever you like to fix it. read more

My experience with Sabrina's was very good. I wanted outside-only window cleaning and house pressure wash. They did not give me an estimate over the phone. Instead they worked with the needs of my schedule and set up an appointment for a tech to come out and give me a free estimate. If I accepted the estimate he could start work at that time. If not he would leave. No charge. The tech was Joe. He confirmed with me by phone his ETA and he was on time. He reviewed the work to be done and gave me an acceptable estimate. The work took longer than expected but he did not ask for any additional money. Joe was very good. The results were excellent. I would recommend Sabrina's and Joe as a tech. read more

We have used Sabrina's Gulf coast Window Cleaning a few times for cleaning our windows and the crew they sent out to clean the windows the first few times were stellar. So when we decided to have our house and cage power washed we decided to use them. They were scheduled for March 17th 2020 to power wash first and then the windows. They sent out a different crew that were differently not what we were used to from Sabrina's. The windows were not all done, a window was broken by the power washing tool, the stucco on one side of the house was damaged by getting in too deep, and the cage was not completed. We contacted Sabrina's and they sent someone out on May 7th, 2020 to look at everything and said they would make it all right. It took several weeks before he was able to get out to clean the cage and re do the windows. However it wasn't until June 9, 2020 before the glass repair was to be done at which time we were told the glass was the wrong size. The glass had to be ordered and repair was scheduled for June 21th, 2020. He was also to apply a sealant to the damage along the side of the house with color matched caulk and instead used a clear caulk which makes the stucco where it was caulked look wet. We have lines going down the entire side of our house. We are now being written up by our HOA that we have to paint the house because of this. We again contacted Sabrina's and was told they had done all they were going to do and that they were not going to paint that side of the house to correct what they had done. We were told that we were just one of those customers that couldn't be made happy and that it was our word against theirs even though we have the video showing the window break and the damage to the house. At no time during all of this has Sabrina's contacted us directly. We have had to continue to stay on top of this to get the repairs that we did get done. The only contact we have had from them was to sell us their service. Please do the research before using these companies that they have insurance to cover any damages that caused and what their policy is on making it right. We have continued to try and get this rectified and as of 01/04/2021 they have still not made any attempt nor will they speak to us on this matter. read more

I received an estimate for window cleaning over the phone, and as a result we ended up paying almost twice as much. The first person who cleaned the windows in our house didn't do a good job at all. He washed the windows but didn't clean the windows tracks, sills, frames or screens. We complained to a manager, and then a second person showed up for more cleaning. If you want your WINDOWS TRACKS/SILLS/SCREENS to be cleaned as well, be prepared to pay extra for the detailing. The price the company charges for window washing is $7/pane which is on the high end. We wouldn't recommend Sabrina's Cleaning. read more

They also quoted me a price over the phone & they said that that was just an estimate. I am so glad I cancelled. Already getting another estimate from a reputable company. read more

Booked window cleaning appointment for my 96 yr old Mother's vacant home we had just put up for sale. Gave me a timeframe of 2-4pm. Sister drove 2 hours to meet and unlock home. Finally called at 350pm and Guess What? Got an apology that we were never on schedule even though had all the details of conversation. Not surprised overall rating 2 stars. If there were negative ratings they would get one. Apparently too big of company to get things right. read more

To pressure wash the drive, the technician used high chlorine chemicals that killed the grass along the driveway. The price (even with a coupon) was high for just an hour or so of work. The technician arrived on time and worked until he finished -- but as another reviewer wrote, the service and price guarantees on the phone and in person vary greatly. read more

We made an appointment for them to do our windows last Friday. They called last minute Friday afternoon saying they were running over on the previous job and would not be able to keep our appointment. So we reschedule for Monday and they cancelled again saying they were short-stqffed. So they did end up coming Tuesday and it was worth the wait. They are very good and professional. Did a great job both inside and out. Definitely recommend them. read more

Three workers showed up, only one spoke english, the other one asked if I was Russian? They tried to uncharge me 20.00 said price on the phone was not a firm bid. I assured him that I was quoted 150.00, they he said that didn't include tracks. what the hell. Then they wanted to power wash. I told the person on the phone I did not need power washing, why did they send out someone to power wash. They di the inside track but not the outside and did not wipe down the frames. NEVER again Told them to leave and pretended they didn't understand. read more

Been receiving multiple phone calls from this company. My caller ID says "Sabrinas Gulf Coast" (941)757-0575. The woman on the other line also stated she was from Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning and asked me if I wanted shiny clean window. Every time I tell them I am not interested and to remove me from their list and I make it clear that I am on the Do Not Call List for both the state and federal. The latest phone call came in today, Saturday morning, when I asked the woman for her home phone number so I may call her at home on a Saturday morning she hung up on me. Very unprofessional company, I do have cleaning people that clean my windows, but I would never will I ever give this company my business. My next complaint will be to the FCC regarding this type of harassment. read more

Old fashioned bait and switch tactic. I was quoted one price on phone by Todd for windows to be cleaned on a residential property in Sarasota. When asked, I admitted that I did not know the exact number of windows in my home, but that I knew the square feet. I was then given a quote & date of service. When the two techs arrived and did a "walk around" I was then told that I had more windows than they thought and the price would be $50 greater than the original quote. I said this was not what I was quoted and it sounded like a bait and switch to me. The tech then tried to negotiate the price. I called the office and Todd, the scheduler, talked with the manager who tried to offer me, a third quote. I would imagine this shady strategy of showing up and then changing the quote may work once people are in your driveway, but I find this business model reprehensible and lacking in integrity. Had I been asked to count my windows prior to a quoted price, I would have. Extremely poor customer service. No stars would be my choice. read more
