They were so understanding, accommodating, and handled everything with such ease. Throughout the planning process, whether I reached out by phone or text, they were always quick to respond, followed up consistently, and addressed every question and concern I had. I booked an Afghan wedding for 200 guests, and planning an event of that size can be overwhelming, but they made it feel effortless. I visited the venue several times with family and loved ones to get opinions, visualize different layouts, and see other event setups. Despite all of our visits and endless questions, Ziarmal and Waqar were always patient, welcoming, and happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism never wavered. On the day of the wedding, everything was absolutely perfect. Waqar checked in throughout the event to make sure everything was going smoothly, while Ziarmal kept the entire wedding on schedule and coordinated every detail seamlessly. Because of them, I was completely stress-free and able to be fully present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with my family and friends. One thing our guests couldn't stop talking about was the food. We received so many compliments throughout the night and even after the wedding about how delicious everything was. The food was incredible, and the tea and cake were just as amazing. It made us so happy knowing our guests enjoyed every part of the celebration. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids,lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.
