We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. Argelia was super accommodating and responsive to our interests and wants. She helped us find all of our vendors (i.e. cake/desserts, wedding dress stores, venue, photographer, videographer, etc), which was awesome because we did not have to spend time doing any of the research. The planning process was sooo smooth and efficient and fun because of Argelia's hard work and attention to detail! There was a hiccup one month before our wedding where our initial venue cancelled on us at such a short notice. We were not stressed at all because we had full faith that Argelia would be there to support us in this challenge. She made us feel confident and comfortable with the last minute venue change. We were at ease. During our big day, Robert and I were not stress at all since Argelia coordinated everything and told us where to go and where to be. She made sure we were fed and always had a drink in our hand. She was very attentive to our needs even though we didn't ask for anything. We really really appreciate her! Even our guests complimented us on how fun, smooth, well organized and planned our wedding was! Our guests even notice how chill and calm Robert and I were before the big day because everything was all set and ready to go. She made our wedding day the best day of our lives! The kids all got to pet and love on the ponies, "help" clean the pony stall (pretty sure this was my 2 year old's favorite part), and then ride the ponies around the paddock. They had a beautiful patio area (with great shade from the heat) set up for us. It made set-up on my part incredibly easy. The kids got to ride Ricky around with Cowboy Justus leading them. He was so great to all the kids, and they had so much fun. Miss D was so helpful (and the absolute sweetest) with everything, and the kids really enjoyed following her around to feed the goats and chickens. The animals all were very kind and gentle with the kids, and seem very well socialized. Clean-up was so easy. 10/10 would go again.

We were sold a dream and were left with unlit tacky candles, plastic walls, exposed sand bags and BARE minimum decor. Practically everything she did for us was CHEAP and TACKY. She lied to us about having "a team" when it was just her husband and son that evening. When we reached out for a refund she agreed (clearly she knew she didn't do a good job) but when it was time to pay us she ghosted us for a year despite multiple efforts. Stay far away!!!
