There are many sacred healing modilaites offered here and I feel like I have experienced them all! The soundbaths & anja light really help me center my energy while releasing things I no longer need. My reiki session was beautiful as I was able to come back to myself after working with a lot of people. Followed by the reiki infused hennas, I always feel like a goddess with the beautiful adornment. I was also able to understand more of my human design that has helped me navigate through life with ease. As a healer, I am always fascinated by all the technology that would enhance healing sessions! My experience through the pyrite glasses were out of this world. I had my 1st session with Evelyn, she was an awesome instructor. I did know much coming in but she was patient with me and explained things really well. Originally, our session was suppose to be 1.5 hrs but it ended up being just over 2 hours. I enjoyed every minute of it. I came out feeling more relaxed and tuned to the energy around me. I recently attended a Sacred Kundalini Reiki Sound Bath with Arvindjeet, and Hannah doing Reiki. I was very curious about it the first time I heard about it, but at the same time hesitant because I don't trust alot of 'healers'. But the second time I heard about it, was a very pivitol time in my life and my higher self said that I could trust it. So I went. And it was one of the most impactful and beneficial healing experiences I have had yet! I immediately felt good vibes and pure intentions with Arvindjeet and Hannah. Some of the highlights: After being saged, we shared stories of pain, loss, love, and hope in a circle of lovely people, which connected and unified everyone and was a healing in itself. Sometimes people just need the space and support to emote and release pain and hope. We focused on breathing meditation to help ground everyone and then collectively chanted/sang powerful ancient chants to help cut and clear toxic attachments and to fill up with love and empowerment. So powerful!! I could feel the blocks dissipating and my heart opening up more and more, feeling lighter and liberated, vibrating higher and higher. And we lied down and experienced the powerful Sound Bath, traditional Ancient Sacred music and chants and saging, with sacred ancient instruments, while Hannah went around and performed reiki on the people who wanted it. I was one. WOW. I don't have the words to articulate how powerful and refreshing that was!! I dozed in and out of sleep during the healing. You almost feel dazed afterwards because it's so powerful and you body is balancing out the energies. The vibrations are high and strong and Divine. With the many different ways I've experimented and healed, this really was liberating. I felt like a brand new person afterwards, especially because I've done alot of my own work on myself and I was at the end of a learning cycle. It was perfect timing to nip things in the bud and what a way to do it! And I really felt reconnected with my ancestral roots. Something rare living in California cities. This was my first time doing a Reiki and sound bath healing session. I wasn't sure what to expect but I do know that after the session I felt much lighter and stronger! Arvindjeet took the time to explain to me what the session was going to be like and how the sound bath helps us heal.
