DOES NOT LISTEN TO YOU, probably because he feels he has all the answers. Allergy nurses are nice though - I fairly give credit where it's due. I'd rather never get medical care again vs. going to this supposed "physician." Rome, NY has better medical providers - and several of them used to work with him but left abruptly.

Luckily it wasn't something super serious, however it could have been a matter of life or death and the urgency wasn't respected. This place is a joke and the entire staffing department besides the acception of about three people should be investigated, pulled for misconduct, and stripped of their positions. Because NOBODY takes their job seriously and they're too busy cracking jokes too take care of the patients they're employed to look after/caref for.
