I spoke with Brittany on the phone to ask about her services and availability. Brittany provided the earliest date and time of her next appointment. I explained I would need to confirm with my wife if that appointment time and date would work and call her back. Brittany said to text her back as she was with a client. No problem at all I said. I texted her back 25 minutes later to confirm the appointment as asked, however we did not receive a text back. I called Brittany back later that day and got her voicemail so I left a message. Ghosted. We didn't get a text or call back.

Imagine these losses occurring 7 times and trying to pick yourself up from the guilt and pain over and over again. It can be hard for even the strongest woman. Insert Megan (after my 5th loss). Megan, Megan. Through the hardest and most challenging times in my life (and now the best), both physically and emotionally, Megan has been there to support me. Right when she walks into the room, I feel like I am about to start my therapy session from outside in. And, as I lay down for treatment, an incredible calmness washes over me. No matter how crazy, terrible, or even great my day has been, the times I spend on her table are always where I find the most peace. She just has that 'thing' that puts you at ease and heals you. Megan has been one of the biggest blessings of my life. I now have two beautiful little ones because of her support -- really. She is a miracle worker - and not just for fertility. I have counted on her, even recently, to help get me through cold season because I had gotten sick 4 times within 3 months. Once I started seeing her again, I am proud to say, I haven't been since! My daughter was nearly two weeks late, and while I was nervous about getting to our 'deadline', Lauren put my husband and I at ease and assured us everything would work out! I loved how soft, sweet & gentle she was. I also appreciated how she remained calm & grounded as my baby was born with his cord wrapped around his neck. She was on top of it and everything worked out smoothly, which I am so grateful for. She was great then & even more amazing when I had the pleasure of having her as my midwife for my 3rd baby boy! As my midwife, Lauren was very involved and attentive to every single need and desire I had. She was so supportive, which meant the world to me. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable and is still always building on that knowledge which I love! With her in charge, I felt more at ease during this pregnancy & especially during my delivery. She genuinely cares. She's there when you need her, even far after delivery. That includes being on top of all the paperwork too! We had Lauren encapsulate my placenta after both births with no complaints. We also loved the umbilical cord art she made. Over the past 18 years, I have worked with several urologists and physical therapists, and while PT has always helped manage my IC, my experience at Pelvic Sanity has truly helped getting close to "breaking the cycle of pain." My treatment has consisted of weekly, one-on-one sessions with Dr. Sara VanStratton. Each session includes dedicated time for questions and answers, hands-on fascia therapy, and practical tools and exercises for homework. Dr. Sara is excellent at explaining healing strategies, and she spends the full 60 minutes completely engaged in what I am experiencing. She has been a joy to know and work with. Pelvic Sanity's holistic approach to movement, bodywork, and breathwork has been a game changer for me. Although I was already aware of diaphragmatic breathing, Dr. Sara was amazing at helping me successfully integrate it into my daily routine. Not only that, she was significantly helpful in preparing me for labor! We tested what positions would be best for my body and walked through breathing techniques and more. I felt so prepared for birth thanks to her! I was so grateful for my care that I came back to see Dr. Faith again during postpartum. She helped me with my c-section scar recovery, rebuilding my core strength and fixing my ab separation, as well as treating my back and core which were tight and sore from breastfeeding. I genuinely believe I'd be much worse off if I hadn't received her care and kindness. This was my first time going somewhere for pelvic floor therapy and I was worried it would be awkward or uncomfortable. I couldn't have been more wrong! Dr. Faith was so respectful, gentle, and kind. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and made sure I was ok as we did the treatments. The facility itself is also great! Parking is a breeze, the office is easy to find. The staff have always been so kind and considerate for scheduling appointments. I only wish they took insurance but the value I get out of my visits is totally worth paying out of pocket for.
