I'm really torn about this place. When we first walked in, we were warmly greeted, which made a great first impression. The cigar shop inside the venue was excellent -- the staff member was kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The bartender was also friendly, and the drinks were very good. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for me. As someone who's fairly new to the cigar world, I expected some smoke, but the air quality was extremely rough. Even the seasoned cigar smokers I was with commented on how hard it was to breathe. We asked if they could turn up the HVAC system, which they did, and it helped somewhat, but it still wasn't enough to make the space comfortable. My biggest issue, however, is the lack of compassion shown toward customers -- especially in how negative reviews are handled. The responses to criticism are surprisingly aggressive and defensive. Instead of acknowledging feedback or trying to improve, reviewers are often insulted, berated, and even told not to return. That kind of response is shocking and unprofessional. Most people are simply offering honest opinions as customers, not attacking the business. Whether it's the owners or whoever manages their social media, this approach needs serious reconsideration. Telling customers not to come back because of constructive criticism is not a sustainable or respectful business model. read more

What?! A cigar room in Washington State! Incredible selection of high-quality cigars, top notch bartender, and the owner Jeremy truly is THE connoisseur of all things cigars. Large lounge space with a variety of seating options from couches, to loungers, to dining tables. Decent menu with apps, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, and desserts. They've invested in improving the air quality situation, and are releasing a new menu soon. Such a cool spot situated in an unassuming strip mall. In the cold months I can finally enjoy a cigar indoors! But all around I can look forward to a great atmosphere, food, drinks, and most of all coffee.... Their french press service is delicious and what I like to drink when relaxing with a cigar. In addition; lots of room to chill by yourself or socialize with other customers, great HVAC controlling the smoke, awesome humidor selection, and friendly staff taking care of you. Last time I made a review my only negative was being a non/smoker and the Smoky smoke but that should NOT be a factor since it IS a cigar bar lol. I am NOT that Karen! lol we were asking in our review to come back and it has been a while but that chicken parm and cheesecake we're calling my name! I was happy I went back! They have the same nice bartender there. He has like this 50s mafia vibe to him. I like it. Very blunt to the point like the Godfather. He is like the Godfather of the bar. Makes a badass margarita but I got the cider cause he said it was good and for someone reason I trust his words and he was right! That shit was good! The food was still just as amazing. Last time I came I got the salad this time I got the tots. That dip is WOW! Chef's Kiss! Mwah! The place is amazing inside we love it. It does smell like smoke but it's less and doesn't smell like cigarette of course cause it's cigar so I don't mind it. If you are there for this epic food and amazing bar mixology just sit away from people who smoke and you'll be fine! I swear this place has like great foood and drinkksssss! They said their menu will change soon so I'll have to come back and try. My husband loved his brisket sandwich. Next time he wants to try the wings. For those who love cigars they have this beautiful humidor. I am a wine lover. It is like a Barbie Dream House but for cigars as it is to wine. Nice touch to this amazing spot! I have been waiting for a cigar bar in the north end for a very long time. I extremely was disappointed when the casinos stopped allowing smoking. One bar tender at the casino told me of a cigar bar. I was ecstatic. This is now my go to hang out. Great Atmosphere, Great Humidor, Great Food. It is also the most spacious I have ever been to and that includes the ones in Vegas. Plenty of seating and you are not left with standing room only like some other cigar bars in WA. read more

I absolutely love this spot. I have been inviting friends and family left and right. I found this spot wandering around for some shopping and thought I'd step into new bar. Lo and behold, a cigar lounge! I was ecstatic!! Great atmosphere, great cigars, great food, and great people! Service has been absolutely great as well! So, a early Friday night my husband and I are celebrating. Now I am a bartender/server...so when I say service is bad...it's BAD. Took us 2 hours to get our food while some owner/manager smoked all over the ice bin . The sandwiches we waited for and asked for 3 times were cold in the middle He also bought our last round (a cheap wine and beer) I have never been so disappointed by place before. No...as a bartender I will not recommend this place to my people....and a 2 hour food wait? You should have bought our whole tab! read more

Wonderful find, a true GEM. Cigars are a generational love here and it shows. I was honored to meet one of the owners and share a brief conversation with him. It's clear cigars are a passion as is the customer service and food. Not only are you welcomed from the moment you walk in, the entire staff are polished, articulate as well as knowledgeable in all spirits, wines and cigars. need a better filtration system, bartenders dressed like it's a corner saloon, drinks are awful, ordered a Marty up and i had to spit it out. Drinks are served in terrible glassware with no napkins chairs are uncomfortable and please add some markings on the door to the humidor. also this place is super expensive. read more

Coming here a lot it's a cool laid-back place but one of the guys that attend to the cigars is a complete idiot. He doesn't know much about anything. I bought over 20 cigars and I asked him if I could return or trade in cigars that I didn't want anymore. I literally paid for them and walked out the door, and he couldn't do anything. He's not even a manager. There's not a manager that works there either so it was just very unprofessional and very idiotic. I know tons of cigar places that return or cigars all the time. read more
