If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, like 100! The staff is patient, kind and thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. My agency has used them for neurofeedback therapy and several of us are now enrolled in their Neurofeedback Course. The Sadar's bring a wealth of experience and have a wonderful way of teaching that compliments all learning styles. The Sadar's are leaders in the field not only locally but internationally. As soon as I went in for my first (and only appointment), I immediately felt uncomfortable. The office in Phoenixville is very difficult to find, and when I called them to ask for directions, Dr. (Mr.) Sadar was being quite short and frustrated with me over the extra instructions and directions. Once I actually got to the appointment, I already didn't want to be there from what happened on the phone. After filling out paper work, I was able to start my session with the other Sadar (Mrs.). I was explaining to her why I was there, and she seemed to not really be paying attention, because I constantly had to go back and repeat myself. That was incredibly frustrating because I kept things pretty easy and to the point in order to fit other things in. Once the session was over, she immediately tried to diagnose me with something, and she tried to sell me on their EKG stuff which is basically just brain testing. She had around 45 minutes with me, and was trying to convince me that "talk therapy won't work for me", and that we needed to do more testing. I'm just really disappointed in the lack of quality people working there, and the fact that they barely knew me and were just trying to get $3,000 out of my pocket for a test that is still really new. Anyway, don't go here, you're just gonna spend a lot of money and waste your time. read more

Everyone at the office is very helpful and accommodating, especially in difficult and complicated circumstances such as mine. The office manager is very compassionate and friendly, as I have interacted with her many times. The Sadars and their staff are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone! read more

My young adult son did a functional EEG with biomarker assessment with Angelika Sadar. He has ADD and doesn't want to take medication anymore but he knows that his daily functioning it not where it should be to get things done and be able to go to college. Angelika was very professional, patient and kind. She took time beyond the scheduled hour to explain the biomarker report to us. She also made some inquiries right away and connected us to a neurofeedback provider in our area (we live too far from their office for regular visits). She continues to be very responsive when we have a question and is helping us work out questions with our local neurofeedback provider, going out of her way to communicate well and assist us. I could not imagine a more professional and helpful person! If we didn't live that far from their office, our first choice would be to do neurofeedback with Sadar. I would highly recommend a functional EEG with the Sadars. It has helped us understand our son's brain better, his strengths and weaknesses. We also have real hope that the neurofeedback treatment will be of lasting benefit for him. I feel that Angelika Sadar is knowledgable, realistic, and supportive in guiding us regarding the neurofeedback treatment. The administrative assistant, Amy, was also very kind and polite in every interaction. I especially appreciated this after a recent experience at another neurofeedback office, where both the front staff and the psychologist who did the intake session, were careless and even rude and unprofessional towards us. Super disappointing. Took our son here and we were told they could help his adhd and other problems. After spending close to $2,000, they basically cut us loose and said to go get therapy first because they weren't able to help us. On our last scheduled appointment my son was very worked up and did not want to have a treatment. Their employee told us it would not be worth our money to have a treatment based on his worked up condition. So we left without a treatment - then they had the nerve to bill us and our insurance company for it! Unimpressed with Mrs. Sadar...and sad for our family. read more

Horrible treatment by Angelika. I overpaid the office and after my insurance company paperwork showed that, I asked to be refunded what I was owed and Angelika completely turned on me. After giving me bad results about my health she used that information against me to say I did not comprehend the payment system which was completely outrageous. My insurance company had to argue with her and she finally "agreed" to give me my refund of over $400.00 but made it clear I was going to wait up to 30 days. My insurance company asked her at one point to be more kind and humane towards me. I have been in healthcare for 12 years and have never experienced a more rude, insensitive, and manipulative towards a patient. I would not recommend to them to anyone. read more
