I spoke with her on the phone several times, and she patiently answered every one of my questions. You can tell she is a fellow animal person, and is doing this job out of love. Our little dog didn't receive any pain medication after her spay and we were not aware until we read her medical record. Nor were we offered the option. She is well, and adjusting to life after the puppy mill, slowly. These adult dogs have to be led along with baby steps. Join a puppy mill survivors group. The dogs lives are worth it.
