No people in the front desk, checking in on the iPad was a breeze. But felt bad for the older people that were not as tech savvy, had to help a few navigate. I came in as a walk-in and, after…read morechecking in, a nurse approached me and told me that it could be hours before I was seen and encouraged me to make an appointment. I explained that I was willing to wait because the check-in screen had indicated approximately an hour. She acknowledged that and I sat down to wait patiently. What concerned me was the apparent inconsistency in how walk-in patients were treated. Approximately 20 minutes after I arrived, another walk-in patient came in after seeing a doctor upstairs. Unlike me, she was not given the same warning that she could potentially be waiting for hours. As time passed, it appeared that nurses were becoming available. Around 11:24, another patient left, and two nurses appeared to become available. Around 11:29, another appointment arrived, and I was still waiting. At approximately 11:33, after nearly an hour, the other walk-in patient--who had arrived about 20 minutes after me--was taken back and seen, while I continued waiting. The most troubling part of this experience was that I felt I was being treated differently because I do not speak Arabic. I observed what appeared to be a preference toward patients with whom the nurse could communicate in Arabic. I cannot know the nurse's intentions, but the difference in treatment and timing left me feeling discriminated against and dismissed. I understand that medical offices can be busy and that appointments and walk-ins may be handled differently. My concern is that I was specifically discouraged from waiting because I was told it could take hours, yet another walk-in who arrived after me was seen within minutes while I continued waiting. Patients deserve to be treated fairly, respectfully, and consistently regardless of the language they speak. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and would give it 1 star.

I was told I had to repeat the entire blood draw because my original sample and results could not be located. This is more than an inconvenience--it is alarming. What happened to my blood sample? Was it lost, mislabeled, or discarded? Patients trust Quest with sensitive medical information and specimens that can directly impact their health and treatment. Losing a blood sample is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about quality control and patient safety. No patient should have to wonder where their specimen went or be forced to repeat testing because of an internal error. I hope Quest investigates what happened, improves its tracking process, and provides accountability so this does not happen to anyone else. And the staff doesn't take this matter lightly!

The specific type I have is critical to my care but Neogenomics insisted it was impossible for them to check that for me. I was fully led to believe they were capable of testing for this. I am more than a little angry at the time and tissue wasted on this clinic when my life is on the line and time is of the essence. Im now scrambling to find another lab that can get this test done for me, although now it may already be too late. Extremely disappointing and will probably have deadly consequences for me. Try a different laboratory who is more capable if you have a critical test to get done.

Consequently, the wait time and billing errors have increased while the overall experience of venipuncture has really declined. The staff have no sense of urgency or concerns about HIPAA. They openly disparage and talk about patients in front of them. Very unprofessional. I signed in with only 1pt after me. They skipped me over and didn't even apologize. I didn't think I would spend more than 45 minutes there for simple lab draws. The worst part was the billing errors created thanks to them. It took me well over 9 months of back and forth to straighten it out. Hoping to never return to this particular lab again. It's too bad because it used to be a good lab.
