I can't say enough about this site. Ilita, was awesome, she took the time to figure out why my dad wasn't able to provide blood. She took the extra steps, to warm his hand, to be able to draw blood. Today, (07/25/26) was a nice experience. I checked at the kiosk for my appointment, within minutes I was called to the front desk to 'check-in', then a few minutes later Melania (I hope that the right spelling) called me back. She took great care of me...very attentive and excellent phlebotomist. I was in and out timely, such a pleasant experience today. read more

This place always runs behind even with an appointment. This woman was extremely rude and short as she took her sweet time complaining about patients. Not only was she rude but disrespectful with no care in the world. Every other person at this office has always been respectful and professional. She is not professional by any means. We had an excellent experience at Labcorp. The technician who drew blood from my son (Ilitas) was incredibly skilled, patient, and kind. My son has deep veins, which can sometimes make blood draws difficult, but the technician found the vein quickly and completed the draw smoothly with minimal discomfort. Went there with another family member fasted it was 8:30 AM this morning. There were many people in the waiting room, Brooke checked us in. Because, It was really running efficiently the waiting patients were quickly brought in to do their labs, urine bloodwork, whatever needed to be done. Brooke drew my blood, was very kind and patient with my daughter as well. She very easily and efficiently completed the procedure, hopefully she stays at this location. Why? The girl tried both arms without finding a vein. She said she would call someone else to try, but I was done. On a positive note, the girl was nice. I did the phone check in, arrived 5 minutes after the text and they told me I missed my appointment. The text says to wait in the lobby, 20ish minutes pass with no name. I go to ask the lady working the counter, she's just staring at her phone and ignores me for a good minute or so. I finally interrupt her, she was extremely rude, and not very friendly. I came for blood work, but I imagine it's the same for the rest. I recommend not checking in via phone. What's the point of making appointments months in advance if you're still waiting 30 minutes past your appt time? I get it's a busy place, but that's why they offer appointments. On top of waiting over 30 minutes past my appt (yes I did check in multiple times with the front desk & checked in at the kiosk), I was finally called back. I explained to the phlebotomist I was a hard stick & showed her where my good veins were. She poked me twice (fishing for my veins on the OPPOSITE arm of my good veins) both times missing. I ask if there's anyone else to try, in the meantime, she fills & ties up a LATEX GLOVE full of hot water to help my veins rise to the surface (labcorp is at least a 24 BILLION dollar company and they don't even have compresses available for hard stick patients?!?!) & finds another employee to help. This one jams a needle in between my knuckles & yes the blood draw does happen, but it was a horrible, horrible experience. I spent over 1 1/2 hours there in which should have been a 30 minute time frame (and that's being very forgiving with time and an appt), I was 30 minutes late to work because of it (and YES, I made my appt 2 hours prior to my work schedule). On top of all that, they didn't even have the correct supplies to wrap up the draw sites (3) , leaving me with paper taped to my arms (which bled through my clothes). Do better Labcorp, get your employees the BASIC supplies for the patients & consider having your phlebotomists get re trained, stop poking people over & over & honor appt times. Now I've got a swollen bruised hand & I'm still in pain over 12 hours later. I've attached photos to confirm my post is 100% true (if there's no photos, it didn't happen, right?) This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at labcorp & it's a shame, since their entire business is based around blood draws, you would think their phlebotomists would be well trained to service hard draws, or have a head phlebotomist at each site to take over to avoid multiple pokes, and treating the patient like pincushions, strongly consider that (for the corporate management reading this from Labcorp) . Absolutely horrible customer service. I booked an appointment a month ahead so I could get an early morning one but when I got there, the office was full. Most of the people there except for one other person besides myself didn't have appointments. However, they were processing the walk-ins before the people with appointments. This time the woman checking me in was really rude, not just to me but to other people as well. I had an opportunity to visit this center for lab work. I was impressed by this location. As I arrived, the place was packed! Since I did not have an appointment, I thiught to myself that I am in for a long wait. The self check was standard at every location at Labcorp but was easy to use. After check-in, I was able to find a seat and was ready for a long wait. To my surprise, not long after I sat down, I was called to verify the service I needed. Once verified, I sat down and again was ready to wait a long time. To my surprise again, I was called to get my blood drawn. I was greeted by Madison who was energetic and professional. She quickly found my vain and inserted the needle on first try. It did not even hurt. The blood drawn was done fast and efficient. This place is a well oiled machine! I am very appreciative that they open at 7 in the morning on a Saturday and are fast and efficient. Best of all people did not have to wait a long time. read more

Arrived 30 minutes early, as I was expecting traffic in the morning driving from San Clemente, as this was the only office to have an appointment within 2 weeks! I did have to check the local offices many times to get an appointment when one opened up. Zara, behind the desk, said no problem being early and she cheerfully checked me in. She was very nice and efficient with check in and ID check. As I was walking away to sit and wait, she called me to go into the #2 room to get my blood drawn. Very cool. I waited a couple of minutes and my phlebotomist, Edgar, came in and even though he was wearing a mask it seemed like he was smiling and welcomed me in a positive tone. That's helpful, as even though I am a large burly male, I really don't like getting my blood drawn! Let's keep that between us. I told Edgar that the previous day I needed an IV and the tech had an issue finding a vein. Still had the bruise from that one. Edgar easily found my vein and with no pain and very quickly it was all done. Thanks Edgar! Even though I have other Labcorps near me, if I have time to schedule I will come back to this location and ask for Edgar and hope that Zara checks me in. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. No one knows that they're doing. Annual drug test was scheduled weeks in advance, but we sat waiting forever. The drug test system was down, but the tech was beyond rude about it and moving sooo slowly. She was taking walk-ins over appts. So incredibly unprofessional. The area where patients sit behind the door has dried blood on the walls. We only had an option between two places and we will choose the other place next year. Ridiculous , 17 customers standing. Many with canes and elderly. Seating for 11 . They say it's due to fire guidelines. Place seating outside , do something ! I've been to several other offices with half the square footage and more seating. The wait is about 1.5 hours ! One of the receptionist noted there are 5 locations , however, they are slow. Very encouraging. **I have to update this initial review to be fair. It should be noted that this location is located in the middle of the saddleback medical complex. Therefore, most likely busier than other locations. Also you can make appointments and I was a walk-in customer. Brooke the single receptionist st the time is a " Saint" ! Patient, calm, friendly , professional and knowledgeable. Brooke smiled while dealing with all the elderly who could not use the iPad checkin process and many inquiries. Brooke was the solo receptionist for at least 30 minutes while at least 26 customers waited in the waiting room. read more

The staff really does their best with the high volume of people coming in. No one is happy to wait and they really stay pleasant despite people not being patient with them. Ilita is a gem. My wife is in a wheelchair and requires a shuttle ride to the lab. I had scheduled an appointment and a shuttle ride to Laguna Hills Labcorp on Friday April 4. When we arrived there was a note on the door that the lab was closed for the day. We had to wait an hour for our return ride home and nothing accomplished. Why did Labcorp not notify me that the lab had closed? Text, email, or phone call were all options. Labcorp is the worst. read more

Checked in using their system but I suspect it's faulty and doesn't always show up in their queue. No one would own the mistake and help me. You really need to make appointment before you go. Without it, expect to wait an hour at least. Staff member who took me in was nice. One who drew my blood was skilled and did the job in one take . Fariba was exceptionally quick and professional, extremely knowledgeable and handled the situation with such calm and care that everything turned out just fine.
