So feel free to still come even if you can't book a reservation. I had the Krakow Burger, which was recommended in some Google reviews. It was apparently one of the Burger Week winners a while ago. It was good, but for $21 I was left expecting a bit more. It didn't feel that much better than smash burgers from other local sports bars in the city. Their indo-met salad was certainly a unique salad, and something I wouldn't mind trying again. Their beer is probably better than the food IMO. Steel Cut Blonde had that nice honey touch if you like that, while Tepache Gold is amazing if you like pineapple. Highly recommend both. Service was good for us here. I probably won't go crazy in returning here unless it's for drinks.

We waited 45 minutes AFTER receiving our appetizer and still no burger. When we asked how much longer it would be she said she'd check but never came to let us know how long it would be. Never refilled our drinks and then when we paid with cash she said she'd be back with our change but didn't come back until we called her over to which she said she completely forgot which I don't understand because she looked at us multiple times. Every other time we've been it's been amazing so this was really sad considering we love this place. Will consider who's on shift next time we come because it was really unacceptable especially during an important week like this where SO many new customers are coming in. I was torn between a few items, but I settled with a starter french onion soup and an entree of chicken tenders and fries. I've had lots of french onion soups in my life. This one was quite good; the gruyere cheese was plentiful and was gooey, which is how it should be. The chicken tenders were crispy with plenty of batter. The honey dill sauce is on the creamy side, which I didn't like as much but I can imagine others preferring the creaminess of the sauce. It won't be a place that'll be on my regular visit rotation due to location and price, but I'd definitely have this in my list of suggestions for a special occasion.

I had in the neighborhood. One time I sat at a table; one time I sat at the bar and a third time I saw it in a booth. On each occasion, I waited between 15 and 20 minutes for somebody to even come to the table. On two of the occasions, the food came before I had a set up at the table, and the server disappeared, leaving me with no cutlery and a meal rapidly getting colder. The first time this happened I contacted the restaurant management and said that rather than leave a bad review, I would like to speak to him about it. Both were very tasty, but our server (Lindsay) accurately rated one as a 6/10 and the other 8/10 for "heat". But I like spice so all was good. Can't wait to try them on their pizza some time. I had the seafood linguine, which came with a garlic toast. It was really good, though at a slightly elevated price. I would say for the north half of the city, this is the best upscale cuisine. The waitress was not to be faulted at all. The management should have known to have another server given that a packed to the rafters concert was going on a block away. I've been here a few times now and have consistently ordered the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks because of the insane value you get. Their house salad has a pretty good vinaigrette sauce. My favourite soup is their chicken gnocchi, but I've had all four choices and liked each of them. Nothing otherworldly, but good enough for what you pay. I like their fresh parmesan that they add to soups and salads. Definitely go plentiful over it. Service has consistently been good here. As long as you accept that this is an American restaurant and not an Italian place, you'll be satisfied with what Olive Garden offers.
