Recently had my tax return for 2015 done with one of Michaels associates. Was quick and accurate…read more She found an error in our previous years return which was done by another firm in the amount of little more than $700.00 in our favor. Great so far. But this is where it goes south. She said she needed 3 or 4 days for her boss to look it over. Called her after 8-9 days to see if done. Now she says it's not done and they are now "too busy" to look it over and we would have to wait for up to a month. I then write them a letter telling her how disappointed I am that she is not doing as she had said she would do. So they now finish our return but add that I should find someone else to do next years return. I then email the owner asking for a meeting to resolve this unfortunate situation and am told he is too busy for even a short meeting and gives me the brush off. I understand they are busy in the tax season but holy cow this is a little much.
