The office and staff are wonderful but my recent cool sculpting service not so great. It's been about 2-3 months as I've been patiently waiting for results but on the contrary, Ive gotten fatter in my abdomen area where I had it done. I've actually eaten better and I've been more active but can't seem to get rid of that fat deposit in that area. There's been no improvement at all from the service. I've had cool sculpting before at a different location and did see results. But at this location I didn't even have any side effects and no discomforts of any sort during or after the process and I was a bit skeptical if it was done right for the correct amount of time but waited patiently for results but... . I read the applicator should've been left for at least 1.5 hours but I was only placed on it for about 45 minutes. I am not sure if that would've made a difference. This is not a place where you want to get the service done at! They also have limited applicators so they have to do one area at a time. read more

I had laser facial treatment about 10 months ago. I waited to write a review because I was told that it might take a while to see all the effects of the treatments. Well, 10 months later and I see no difference. The before and after shots in the office also showed no differences at my follow-up visits. When I went through the laser treatment I went under anesthesia, just to make sure the nurse, Hillary, could use the strongest and deepest treatment possible. And even with that, there was no change in the number or depth of any line on my face. And the products they push, and I bought all of them, are worthless. Total waste of time, money and energy. I came to Dr. Sadrian about a year ago to fix my terrible boob job that I had had done from a previous surgeon. I had capsulated, a huge gap (that was unnatural and not there before surgery) and my nipples were uneven and way too big from stretching. I am a Registered Nurse and I happen to work in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I had a very bad procedure done by a surgeon who was not a plastic surgeon, rather a cosmetic surgeon. The procedure this cosmetic surgeon did was place cheek implants in my face for volume. I had fillers in the past and he convinced me the implants would be equally aesthetic and financially reasonable since I would not have to pay for fillers anymore. After the surgery, I was swollen and it was hard to see the results of the implants. I kept telling the cosmetic surgeon that my face looked really swollen and he kept telling me it would go down. Well...a year later I still had huge cheeks from the implants and I did not look natural! I asked around at work and it was suggested I should call Dr. Sadrian to have them removed. After I had them removed I talked to one of my department plastic surgeons and she (Dr. M) said "you could not have been in better hands. " she also told me she is not a fan of facial implants unless there is some sort of need...like deformity or maybe genetically someone has really small features of some sort. Don't quote me exactly on her words ....but basically that's what I took away. When I met Dr. Sadrian he was a complete professional and made me feel safe and confident. I was in good hands. He did not make recommendations...rather, he listened and asked me what I wanted. After my consultation I walked away knowing he would be the surgeon I would choose to remove those horrible implants! At the last minute I asked him about an area of my body that really bothered me...my love handles! He examined me and said he could help me. I decided to go through with it and scheduled lipo of my flanks at the same time. After the procedure I woke up and was greeted by this very sweet nurse:-) I remember telling her she was so nice ...(I was under anesthesia) but she truly was nice and that's what I remember. It's been a couple months now and I have never looked better! My waist and flanks have never looked so good! Thank you Dr. Sadrian!!! I have my face back!!! In 2012, I had two consultations (not with Dr. Sadrian), and I still felt very unsure of whether to do surgery or not. I wasn't 100%. I am in my mid forties and have had two children. I breastfed both children for one year plus each and my breasts had become very saggy. I also had lose skin on my stomach that no matter how long and hard I worked out at the gym, dieted, and no matter how much weight I lost, that skin was still there. Dr Sadrian did a meticulous job in analyzing and evaluating me for a rhinoplasty. He approached the process from many directions. Previously my procedure was described as 'almost impossible' to do as had been expressed to me by at least three other surgeons. One really bad one (Dr Ellenbogen in Beverly Hills ) had taken $5000 in performing the operation on me several years earlier. The operation then did little to reduce the size which is what I was seeking. Dr Ellenbogen is quite the smooth liar and quite the larger than life crook). Dr Sadrian's approach was innovative. He did not promise me the 'moon'. He did, however, produce beneficial results in small areas that collectively made an overall difference. In July of 2014 I had a breast augmentation with Dr.Sadrian I had gone to two other consultations which went okay and with dr.sadrian I had a friend who had also a breast augmentation with him and loved her results. When I met him I just felt super comfortable and felt like I was in great hands compared to my last two consultations. Everything seemed to be okay when I went for follow ups but I knew something was not right, I kept going to my follow ups and he did not mention any issues he might of seen with my recovery until I really asked my husband to take a close look at my break, and areolas and then he saw what I was talking about. I had my implants placed under the crease and reason being is that if there were to be a scar it wouldn't matter because you won't see it. Well you can see it from straight on so I knew that wasn't right along with how high raised up my areolas were pointing rather than straight forward. So I went to get a second opinion had the doctor take a look and see what he said before I mentioned anything so he said that my implants had bottomed out which means that the implant did not sit into the pocket it was suppose to. So that is why I now see my scars, and my areolas seem to be pointing up. I am really unhappy because I loved dr.sadrian when I first met him so nice kind and friendly but when I went to explain my issue he seemed to get upset at me for being unhappy with my results mind you when I finally told him what I saw this was about four to five months after. So he says that it can happen when a large implant is placed In. So why wasn't this explained to me on my consultation visit? Rather than it happening and having me the patient point the issue out. So what he did was taped me up to lift the implants which was super uncomfortable. I am just really upset because I have been wanting to do this procedure for a long time and really wanted to look and feel happy in my wedding dress. My husband really wanted me to feel perfect with my dream dress and new breast. But unfortunately that didn't happen not only did I have to some how tape my breast to my dress so my areolas wouldn't peak out the day of my wedding I now have a really hard time finding bras or bathing suits where my areolas won't pop out and my breast look like I never has them done. I am normally one to not complain about anything but when a girl hates shopping for things that I was so excited for after my breast augmentation is just not fun. I wish I would have just stayed my A cup and but padded bras. Also they were suppose to contact me after a month and did I hear from them...no!! I work in the dental field and with a past doctor that when they did not do their job correct and Katie t comes in to complain what they do is listen tell them it will be okay and will contact you but what they get is a boot out the door and that is why I quit that office because I don't like when professionals treat patients like that and that is why I am unhappy, and writing this review.
