I hope this review helps someone avoid the mistake I did by booking this Dr. His 5 star reviews and certifications convinced me he was a good decision. The fact that someone I know had gotten implants with him and had a good experience, seemed like the safe way to go at the time. I went for a consultation for Dr Sadrian for a breast lift. We spoke about the size and symmetry I was wanting. I liked his friendly manner and felt like he really knew what he was doing. After that I went over to the person in charge of booking the surgery. (Whom I also knew by mutual acquaintances) so I felt even more safe. (Wrong again) A month before surgery I went in again for a recap of what I wanted. I once again expressed what I wanted in terms of size and symmetry. I also asked last min him if I was a candidate for a micro/ mini tummy tuck. I only wanted and needed minimal skin removed from the front of my abdomen. (After a baby I had 1yr ago) To this, he said yes. I was very happy that only a small incision was going to fix a minor issue I had. (Or so I thought) Come surgery day he did the Breast measurements, again he asked what size I wanted my breasts and what things were important for me to improve. As to the mini/micro tummy tuck, we didn't discuss too many any details because I was so focused on my breast since they were the "bigger issue" for me. After surgery was complete I went home to recover. 8-10 days after my surgery I saw my new abdomen scars. They are HIDEOUS. Super long/ thick and crooked. He ended up doing an Extended tummy tuck (which was not discussed or agreed on) The scars are very difficult to hide even with thick thong or underwear. (I had already had a previous tummy tuck with another doctor a few years back and those scars were straight and could easily be hidden with the thinnest thong!) I went in to fix an insecurity and came out WORSE. When removing all the skin that he did he also went into my hips and glute areas. Making my buttocks smaller and hips smaller. I look like a box! No shape at all. In addition with removing a lot of my skin... this caused my belly button to go down a good inch (or more) from where it should be. Or from where a normal human being would have it. It also looks horrible. (let's add that to another insecurity.) I have already addressed him about how I felt . He listened kindly. And explain to me why he did the things that he did... but no matter what he says, there was no reason for him to cut me the way he did. I was not a 180 pound woman. I did not have excessive saggy skin. I loved my hips and I loved my glutes. He offered a revision for the scars.. however, I've obviously lost all trust after what he did. And I would never let him cut me again. So just to recap, 1. Now I have ugly scars that go past my hips. That cannot be hidden and will never get smaller. 2. Belly button position is anatomically wrong 3. My shape or body contour. GONE! 4. Boobs are smaller than I had requested. (But in all honesty, this is the least of my worries.) there is not a day I don't regret doing this procedure. Makes me SOOO sad to see what was done to me. Why a Dr would cut more than they should of. I went in there to feel better/ and came out worse than how I went in. I have spoken to other plastic surgeons since, and none of them have been able to understand why he extended the incisions the way he did. I'll attach photos below and whoever reads review can be the judge . If you go into consultation with this Dr ... or any Dr, please ask to see his or their stitching. That is one thing I failed to do or ask before I booked.

I never thought I would get breast implants but then had a sudden desire for them in my early 30s. I wasn't super unhappy with my breasts to begin with, I was just looking to enhance my own natural beauty. I was meticulous in finding a surgeon online and out of all the websites I came across -- Dr. Sadrian's resonated with me the most -- not only the website's aesthetic, organization, and education but Dr. Sadrian's extensive credentials (double board certified!) and experience (20+ years and tons on boob jobs!). Most importantly, I fell in love with his results after viewing the gallery of before and after photos (they are by far the most beautiful, symmetrical, and natural looking I've seen)!!! I planned on interviewing several surgeons (women only) and ironically ended up only pursuing Dr. Sadrian. Dr. Sadrian has such a kind, safe, and gentle nature, as well as a perfectionism in his work. He was always patient with my long list of questions. After our consult, we decided that breast implants (450-500 cc) and a "donut" lift (concentric mastopexy) would give me the best results. He actually recommended the "lollipop" lift but I met him in the middle and opted for the other one due to less cost and scarring. The entire process, including the day of surgery, was a very feel-good and smooth experience. I loved that the surgery room had a big bright window with natural lighting. All of the staff and nurses were great throughout. I felt very well supported while I was healing and comforted to know that I could reach out to Dr. Sadrian for immediate assistance at any time if needed. I appreciated his more-natural recommendations before and after surgery to maximize healing and results. The first 1-2 weeks of recovery were the most challenging, as to be expected, but it got easier from there and I never had any issues. My breasts changed overtime in the weeks following surgery as they "dropped and fluffed" but I loved them pretty much immediately and they just got better and better. I've noticed a new kind of confidence that I didn't realize I was missing before - I feel more proportional (lifted and filled out) and feminine. I am so happy with my results and grateful to have found Dr. Sadrian. I highly recommend him for breast augmentation. Getting a breast augmentation is a big decision and you want a surgeon/clinic that you can trust. I believe, regardless of anyone else's experience or opinion, the decision has to feel right for you and come from a healthy place. PS Be sure to do your research before the consult so that you know what questions to ask and you can get the most out of your time.

I had been wanting to get a breast augmentation for years and finally decided I was ready to do it. I was referred to Dr Sadrian and after looking at his pictures I knew he was the Dr I wanted to do my surgery. I did my consultation and I have to say that Dr Sadrian is the nicest and most humble guy I've ever met. He has a great sense of humor and made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. I knew I was in the best hands. I was so nervous the morning of surgery and the staff was so comforting and made me feel so relaxed. Its been about 2 months and I LOVE my boobs! They feel so real and look so natural. They are even better than I could have ever imagined. I get complimented everywhere I go and tell everyone about Dr Sadrian. Also the office staff is absolutely amazing and so helpful. My OB/GYN referred me to Dr. Reza Sadrian, said he was the best hands down. You can't go wrong with your own Drs. recommendation, especially if that Dr. has placed their own life and decisions in that Drs. hands as well, which she had. It had been over 28 years since I had my original breast augmentation, I was 18 years late in taking care of things. But all I can say is, from the original face to face with Dr. Sadrian, his caring, soft, easy going demeanor, to meeting with Lydia and going over pricing (which was so unbelievably fair and I actually was shocked at how affordable the cost was), to pre op with Hillary (such a sweet sensitive nurse), to my surgery, the follow ups and now I'm in the healing stages. They are an A++++ group of medical professionals. All very caring, very open to helping you, spend the necessary time keeping you at ease with whatever ails you. My post operation has been spent with Mary and she is very gentle, honest and caring. I would highly without any reservation at all recommend this medical group in La Jolla for your breast augmentation. If I could give this a negative review I would…read more I had surgery in February 2017 or 2018....to be honest I don't remember the year. Thought, from the commercial it would be an easy process with little downtime....long story short they convinced me to do a mommy makeover. The day of surgery I stayed in a hotel over night near there as I had follow up the next day. My bed looked like a crime scene I bled out so much. Within a week, I had an infection so bad the doctor told me to put a Kotex with bleach in the incision, which was the worst pain ever. He then had me start going to his Culver Ciry office, since it was closer to me and it was dirty and gross. Thankfully it was just for follow up. In 2023, I noticed leaking from my belly button on occasion but so minimal I didn't think too much about it. It would happen in rare occasions. Now fast forward to 2025, my belly button started really leaking and it smelled horrible. Went to my doctors, had to go through ultrasounds, ct scans, blood work....nothing. My belly would swell on occasion as big as someone who was 7 mi the pregnant. Finally they had me just walk in while leaking and swabbed it. It was an infection. They recommended seeing a plastic surgeon since they deduced it may have been from my plastic surgery. I called Sono Bello in San Diego thinking they would be able to at least see me. They had no record of my surgery and wouldn't help me at all. I finally went to a plastic surgeon I was familiar with in Claremont. Here we are in 2026 and I just had surgery yesterday to remove infected sutures in my belly button. The infection had gotten so bad the hole in my belly button was the size of an eraser head. Sono Bello was nice as could be when taking my money but the fact they had no record of my surgery or refused to even try to help was appalling. Do NOT fall for the scam, you get what you pay for and investing in your body and health is worth more.

I asked multiple times for pricing on a clearly defined request: two syringes of cheek filler, including common options such as Voluma, Restylane Lyft, Restylane Contour, or RHA 4. Instead of a meaningful estimate, I was told the price could range from $400 to $3,000. That range is so broad that it is almost meaningless. The real concern is that the practice then expects patients to pay a $250 consultation fee just to find out what the service may actually cost. I fully understand that a physician needs to evaluate anatomy, goals, product choice, and treatment planning before giving a final recommendation. But for common self-pay cosmetic injectables, a medical practice should be able to provide baseline pricing, including consultation fees, per-syringe pricing, and realistic treatment ranges before asking someone to pay for a consult. The staff member I spoke with was polite, and this review is not about the doctors' clinical skill. The physicians may be excellent. My concern is with the business policy and the lack of upfront pricing transparency. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I found this approach troubling. Patients should not have to pay $250 just to get basic pricing information for a commonly performed cosmetic service. It creates mistrust and makes the financial side of the practice feel opaque and unfair. I chose not to move forward because I did not feel comfortable with the pricing process. I would encourage the practice to publish clear pricing ranges, train staff to answer basic cost questions, and provide patients with useful cost information before requiring a paid consultation.

He spoke very fast, was insistent, and both my support person and I felt lost and talked over. He told me my nipples were "turned down," which I disagreed with, and made unsolicited comments such as women not wanting to "look like a boy," that "guys don't care about scars," and that "you either have scars or you don't have bigger boobs." These comments felt inappropriate and made me feel pressured and insecure rather than supported. Overall, I felt that he did not listen to my goals or respect my boundaries. I booked this consultation specifically because of his advertised experience with endoscopic transaxillary cases and made my preferences very clear, yet I felt pushed toward a procedure I did not want. I would not trust this doctor and would recommend finding a surgeon who truly listens and has experience in the specific approach you're looking for. Additionally after the consultation, I called the office again to clarify whether it would be possible to proceed with an under-the-armpit approach without a lift, since I am comfortable with my breast shape and simply want more volume. He responded that I would "have the same breasts, just bigger," and that I would still have "the same problem." I explained that I do not see my breasts as a problem and that I like them as they are. He then told me that I should find a different doctor.

I was up and moving around (with caution) the day after surgery. The techniques that Dr. Smoot uses to prevent pain post op is so amazing and my scars are barely visible! The team and the office staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process and you leave feeling like family. I just love the level of service they provide! I am now 2 months post op and I couldn't be happier! I'm so happy with my decision to switch out my implants, and even happier that I chose Dr. Smoot to be my surgeon before he retires.

Well.. next day I couldn't move my finger and it was very swollen. Went to urgent care and then they referred to the ER. D*mn dog bit me near my tendon. It became infected to the point I needed surgery. 4 days in the hospital. Dr Nguyen was the plastic surgeon on call. He came in and explained everything to me and put my mind at ease. His after care instructions were spot on. 3 months later my finger was still slightly swollen. I had a follow visit with him and he gave me some exercises and instructions to do and let me know the healing will take time. So far the exercises have helped me get my strength back in that finger.

Where to begin to discuss the absolute excellence and care from Dr. Sadrian and his staff? I underwent a complete face surgery on March 26th of this year, facelift, necklift, chin, eyes, brow...the works. From the very moment we began discussing the procedure I felt so at ease and so certain that I was in good hands...it took away all my anxiety. Dr. Sadrian is so calm and upbeat, always a smile on his face and positive words to say. Again, it is not just his penultimate professionalism and 'bedside manner,' but the entire staff is so supportive and friendly. Doing a procedure like this was scary, it is a major life decision. I have felt cared for the entire time by everyone in the office. I have gotten to know all the staff on a first name basis and they are all terrific. As far as the procedure itself, I went through two extensive office visits where Dr. Sadrian explained in great detail exactly what was going to happen, what I could expect and what the recovery would look like. He is very thorough and left no doubt in my mind about the outcome of the procedure. On the day of the surgery I felt completely assured that I was in great (gifted) hands. Dr. Sadrian came in and drew the lines for where incisions would be made and gave me that final assurance that everything was OK. I will say that, like most people, the first couple weeks were hard...the results of a major surgery leave the body traumatized. Now that it has been over two months I am so ecstatic with the results! Just yesterday, at the grocery store, the checker (whom I have known for 10+ years) gave me the biggest compliment! She said she saw me about 2.5 weeks after the surgery and did not want to say anything...but she was just glowing with super positive comments about how awesome my eyes and face look now. That made me feel really good. That is why I have started calling Dr. Sadrian "Picasso!" Dr. Sadrian is a gifted surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone, friend, family member...you name it. I should point out that you probably WON'T see my review online though because I am also and avid Yelp hater and a supporter of http://www.prostfilms.com/ Billion Dollar Bully. Working with Dr. Sadrian has been a pleasant process. I lost over 100 pounds and wanted to have my excess skin removed from my chest and stomach. It's something I always wanted. A mentor of mine recommended I meet with Dr. Sadrien so I booked an appointment. From the moment I walked in Doctors Sadrian's office door, His staff welcomed me with such warmth. I came prepared with lots of questions, (this wasn't my first appointment, I was committed to working with someone that felt 100% aligned). I was blown away by how knowledgeable and Patience, Doctor Sadrian was not leaving me until I had all my questions answered. Doc also encouraged me to follow up with him if I wanted to ask anything else. Which I did. (A few times) My experience with Doctor Sadrian stood out because of his character, his essence and what he stands for. While many other surgeons had their own ideas of what they thought was best for me, or what I should want, Doctor Sadrian wanted to make sure I understood the benefits and risks of each operation so I could choose what was right for me. I never felt like I was being pushed to do something I didn't want to like I experienced with other doctors. Doctor Sadrian is a humble man, super detail-oriented and goes the extra mile and does incredible work. A man of excellence taking no short cuts. Cyndy, Brittany and the entire team consistently went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and answer my many questions. Surgery day was a breeze, not only because I was put asleep for the opp but because I felt so prepared. The doctor and staff made sure I knew everything I needed to know, well in advance so I was mentally prepared and all I had to do was focus on my mindset and my living situation after. I should also mention, I live in NYC and happily traveled. I'm about 5 weeks out and am beyond happy with the results. Every day I am surprised by how much better I look and feel. Doctor Sadrian and Cydney keep reminding me that my body will continue to improve and I'm already so blown away by how things look and feel. I have only excellent things to say about this experience and would recommend you meet with Doctor Sadrian and his team yourself so you can see what I mean. If I could give Dr. Sadrian 10000000000+ stars I would! Everything from the start was positive vibes! From his staff, office and ofcourse the Dr. himself! I had my consultation for my Breast augmentation in May! They took the time and answered every single one of my questions! I have had other consultations and the Dr's made me feel rushed! Not with Dr. sadrian and his staff! We both worked together on a size that would look best on me! I had pictures of the " look" I was going for and the " looks" I wanted to stay away from! I had booked my appointment Sep 10th! I would of booked it sooner if I could! After leaving the office I felt motivated, just had to get the time off of work. ( I work in a office, 1 week was perfect amount of time off). At my pre op appointment they showed me the OR, and explained the whole process! I was so excited! Before I know it, it was surgery day! I could barely get enough sleep, I was worrying about all the things that can go wrong, or how I invisioned it. It was my first" plastic surgery" so my nerves in my stomache where going very crazy! But man let me just tell you, as I write this I'm smiling, it was the most positive experience ever! The vibe was a "happy place" if that makes sense. Dr. , staff, nurses and anesthesiologist where very cheerful! It seemed like the ride on my surgery day took forever! But once I arrive and they opened the office doors and greeted me all my worries went away! I feel asleep or going " under " happy and I work up " happy "! No complications! Dr. Sadrian you are in the right buisness I truly believe you have a gift! I'm now on my 5th week after surgery and each day I'm loving my results more and more! I went from a A/ small B cup to a C/D cup depending on the brand and make of bra! I love my results! Thank you so much! I have no complaints! I wish I can show everyone else my vision/ vibe! Dr. Sadrian was referred to me by some close friends I trust and they did me right!!! I've wanted a tummy tuck for 7 years and had a few consultations with Dr. Sadrian over the 7 years but waited until I was financially ready. Well, that time came in December of 2014 and I am VERY satisfied and happy with my results. Dr. Sadrian did a fantastic job removing the remains of having 2 children (both C-Sections) and I look like I did 20 years ago! He draws lines explaining every aspect of the procedure, is very compassionate, sensitive, and caring. I was concerned about something during my recovery at home on a Sunday night and Dr. Sadrian told me to call him ANYTIME! I felt bad calling at 8 pm on a Sunday but he answered right away and answered my questions while giving me comforting words that everything is "as it should be and everything will ok." He was right! Reading a previous review by someone who had an incision and said they didn't know it was going to be that high is ridiculous. He goes over that part many times before the day of the surgery and draws the lines, explains the healing process, and what to expect for the final result. She obviously wasn't paying attention!!! Blaming the doctor on something like that is like blaming the teacher for an "F" on a test because you slept in class. Not only did the doctor make me feel very comfortable, but his staff is second to none. Seriously warm and friendly staff who genuinely cares. I have had several laser procedures done with Suzanne Macoviak who is the Director of Nursing at Dr Sadrian's practice and she is amazing perfectionist and expert at what she does to ensure a positive outcome for her clients. She takes her time with you to guarantee you receive the best experience and results. Not only is she a caring and compassionate human being but she truly cares about her clients as a whole. I was originally thinking about having a different procedure at the time of consulting with Suzanne but after listening to her advice, I decided to go with what she truly, honestly thought would be best to receive what my ultimate goals were in facial procedures. Suzanne delivered and I am so happy. She even brought me back into her office a couple of days later to expedite my downtime and healing with my concerns of returning to work the next day looking like I had work done. I recently had the pleasure of receiving another lip filler treatment from Joanna Nicholson at Sadrian Plastic Surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! Dr Sadrian is by far one of the best surgeons I have come across. He is extremely personable and caring, and truly wants what is best for the patient. I was born with a birth defect where only one breast grew and the other couldn't grow because it lacked muscle tissue (I had always known something was wrong but Dr Sadrian diagnosed it almost immediately). Rather than suggesting I have both breast done, like all of the surgeons I had gone to, he suggested that we only put an implant on the side that didn't have a boob. I found this extremely professional and it showed me that he was more for making a person happy and confident than pushing to make a pretty penny. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! Plus, the staff is extremely sweet and go above and beyond to make everyone happy. Rachael and Natasha are always willing to help in any way they can, Mary and Hilary are truly the best and you're always in good hands with them! As for Dr Sadrian, he is truly a wonderful man and surgeon. He is very sweet and the definition of a perfectionist! I will most certainly be returning for any future procedures I may need. Experienced. Thorough. Intuitive. If you're looking for a surgeon who's going to meet every need and more, look no further. Dr. Sadrian and his staff have exceeded all my expectations, took very good care of me, and still continue to do so. I went in for my first consultation for breast augmentation. We scheduled for our surgery date and it went off without a hitch. They prescribed me anti anxiety medication for the week prior to surgery. Very nice touch. When the morning came for my surgery they led me back to the OR and put me to sleep. My recovery went very well. Dr Sadrian follows his patients for about a year after their surgery by follow up appointments in his clinic. This was important to me since I live a very active lifestyle and desired a team that could answer any arising questions as my recovery went on. Ill also add that I'm 23 and it was a huge concern that if I was going to change my young and healthy body it would be worth it. He considered this methodically and told me my risk, benefits, and what a future would be like having them as I age. I had upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) with a lateral brow lift done 4 months ago by Dr. Sadrian and I'm so glad I did. I did pre-surgery consults with three plastic surgeons who all came highly recommended. I was initially thinking I only needed upper eyelids but Dr. Sadrian gently persuaded me that I would be much happier with my results if I also did the brow lift- and he was very right! The whole experience with the doctor and his great staff was very positive. Dr. Sadrian is a very experienced plastic surgeon with great surgical skill to match his very caring and patient (with all my many questions!) and kind bedside manner. It was great being able to have the outpatient surgery (under general anesthesia because of the brow lift) in his office's surgery center. After years of droopy eyes & eyelids that made me feel older, I now have open bright eyes again! I have a nursing background so I look at physicians and medical practices with a "critical eye" and I give Dr. Sadrian and all his team my highest marks and recommendation. I have been going to Sandrian Cosmetic Surgery for years now and couldn't be happier. Suzanne helped me through the anxiety and uncertainty of Botox and injectables. I was so nervous that I would come out with exaggerated features or be unrecognizable. I was so happy with the result! Very subtle. But very effective. It took years off my face and I kept getting compliments that I looked happy and rested. Exactly what I hoped for!! Suzanne takes her time to review very thoroughly what you want and how she will achieve it. I had Botox before and it was fast without much conversation. I felt frozen and had too high of an eyebrow. I went to a few different clinics for botox before I met Hillary. All I could say is I wish I could post pictures on this website so you can see for yourselves the work Hillary does with botox and filler. I have been going to her for about 5 years now. She keeps me looking at least 10 years younger than I am, I'm not telling tall tales, its the truth!!! She is so honest and never pushes anything on me. In fact when I'm there, wallet wide open, its NEVER a factor as to how much work she does. I had my Mom, 73 years old, fly in from Florida this year to have a session with Hillary. WOW, she did wonders, I mean WOW! Again, I wish I could post pictures for you to see. Well, I sent Hillary the pictures, ask her for them when you go for a consult. (I also brought my Husband to see her, he is over the moon) You can trust her and I encourage everyone to look their best. I was actually recommended to Dr. Sadrian through a co-worker. She had used him about 8 years ago and I loved how her surgery turned out, honestly I couldnt even tell she had surgery. I had a breast augmentation back in November and I couldn't be happier with my results. I was very nervous and scared as I had never had any surgeries in my life. The staff and Rachel put me to ease. I only had one consult and after meeting with Dr. Sadrian and his team - I was sold. Rachel was so amazing to work with, made the process so easy for me and was in constant contact with me. I wrote a review for Dr. Sadrian a couple of weeks ago, but I neglected to include his surgery coordinator/office manager and nurses that contribute to the success of his medical practice. L., the surgery coordinator has outstanding organizational and social skills that generate trust for patients who are scheduling surgery. She pays attention to detail and ensures that patients thoroughly understand the surgical process and costs involved. She is also very caring and takes the time to make patients feel comfortable asking questions. Dr. Sadrian's nurses, H & M who have also been extensively involved in my consultations, pre and post operative care and ongoing followup, have skill sets that far exceed the standards required for nurses working in this specialty. I had a breast augmentation about 4 weeks ago and I couldn't be more thrilled with my results! I was so nervous about getting this surgery done and had been to many different consultations before I met Dr.Sadrian and his staff! I could not be happier or more thankful to Dr. Sadrian, he has changed my life. I had a tummy tuck and umbilical hernia repair six weeks ago, and the results are nothing short of amazing. I have gone from a size 12 to a size 6 and my stomach is flat and tight a true dream come true. I always wanted a tummy tuck but was to afraid because of the pain. Since I had to have surgery I decided to have a tummy tuck at the same time. After surgery my pain was not bad at all and I was only on pain medication for four days.
