They did a great job and ended up replacing half the floor in the bathroom and bedroom due to structural water damage that they found. I was especially pleased that they were willing to come back and do a little detail work that they had originally forgotten to do, even though I had already paid them.These young men were willing to, work hard in order to build their professional company.

We've been remodeling our home ourselves and knew exactly what we needed. When we asked for help with how to purchase, Cecilia assisted us and she was wonderful-- professional, kind, and attentive. We even tipped her because she took the time to help us. The issue was with the owner. After negotiating on some remnants (which they end up crushing and throwing away anyway), we asked if the pieces came with backsplash. The owner said no & that was fine, we understood and didn't push back. As we were purchasing, we then asked if they offered a military discount. The owner said no, which we accepted. But out of nowhere, he went on a power trip and kicked my family out. To be clear, we had already left once to get cash from an ATM after the negotiation, so it's not like we were wasting anyone's time. There was no argument, no confrontation, no back-and-forth--just the owner rudely told us to leave. Sadly, after reading other reviews, it seems this behavior is a recurring pattern. The owner clearly gets satisfaction from kicking people out, and we became just another example as to why you should take your business elsewhere. Bottom line: Cecilia deserves praise, but the owner's attitude and complete lack of respect was a first for us as customers. We did nothing wrong except ask reasonable questions about our purchase, and for that we were treated poorly, our time was wasted, and we were asked to leave which was bizarre.
