The first time I dropped my pup off there, I was naturally a bit nervous, but when I came to pick him up (and I was about 30 minutes late), he was hanging out in a play area waiting for me, and looked totally relaxed. I felt so much better about this than I did when he was sitting in a cage waiting for me to pick him up from his last groomers. Sundance had also taken a little video with my pup which she posted to fb where he was totally at ease. The most recent haircut took a lot longer as it was right after Christmas, and Sundance was super busy, but we understood and also our pup was perfectly relaxed when he came home. His haircut was a little longer than before, but that's because it's winter in NY. Honestly, the peace of mind knowing that my pup is being taken care of by someone generally interested in his well-being means I'm happy with whatever haircut he comes out with. their humane business practices are also amazing.
