After getting Frannie from Bonita, I got engaged, got married, moved, and am expecting my first child and Frannie has been with us through it all. Her messages were short, apathetic, and condescending. I asked her if there is a way I could work with her on being on a waitlist, if there is one, or connect with her on putting in a deposit, to show intent of my purchase. She would respond "I don't know" with no information. It's confusing how unprofessional and unhelpful she is, when she supposedly has a legitimate business in helping people get a dog. She had no desire to provide information or to service me. She was incredibly rude. This is not how you treat potential customers and was really taken back. I would not recommend this breeder and hope she learns to be more considerate towards people, given that she is a business owner.

I have boarded my dog there for weekend trips and longer vacations, and I always feel that my dog is in safe hands. The owners live on-site and keep a watchful eye on things. The facility is kept very clean and neat, and the kennel is always prepared for my dog so that the dropoff process is quick and smooth. I've recommended Taravale to many of my friends and I still would not hesitate to do so. The daily rate is also lower than average, so it's a good value.

Group boarding and kennels are fine...for SOME dogs…read more However, small breeds, special needs and senior dogs are just one reason you might not be able to go that route. In these types of circumstances....one on one attention is always preferred. Other than running my own two chihuahuas out for a quick potty break...Dogs ( as well as other types of pets ) are supervised 24/7. Your furbaby lives with us in out small cozy home for their stay. In the warmer weather we may have meals out on the back porch. There is a kiddie pool to cool down in as well as a fenced in yard. Even out in the yard....everyone is always supervised. I take no chances. Your pooch is cared for as if they were my own. Pups staying weekends might go on a hike or to the lake or state park. I use long lines and never let pups off leash. Bigger pups love the adventure. We never use crates...ever! Pups may be separated using baby gates at mealtime and for brief timeouts only.
