This post is in response to Gina C's post. I would have to disagree with your post. I think it's unfair for you to comment on the staff, Gloria professionalism. I was there and saw the whole thing unfold. Everything was fine untl Gloria mentioned to you about the Proof of Insurance. She explained it to you that if you can provide proof of insurance, then the company will reimburse you the $9 charge on your next bill she also said since you do not have the paperwork with you at the time of signing, you can fax, email or bring it in. Obviously, you didn't like the facts that she told you and you make it out to be her fault. She provided you the professionalism and answered all your questions in my opinion. I will be going to their office and Rent a unit this coming week-end and I hope that I do get her as my representative. It's person like yourself who create an unfair review of employees and I hope that you get your facts straight before posting such an unfair posting. Furthermore, you mentioned she called someone? I recalled her multi-tasking, i.g. taking payments while you filled out the contract and made everyone aware that she'll be with us as soon as possible. I didn't see her make any calls. Maybe you're getting this employee mixed up with other Storage facility that you have visite while shopping around for storage. I give her five stars for her professionalism and for being able to mulitask for only being so new to Saf.....Gloria if your reading this KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! your not at fault on this one. read more

The best thing I like about this location is its cleanness and convenience for me. Beattie and Kathy are very nice and helpful and I'd like to specially thank Beattie for his friendly customer services. However the new manager, Scott, needs to be more flexible and compromise with customer needs such as move out notice, late fee,...FYI, some other storages never charge customers for late fee, insurance fee (not required)...and move out notice only one day in advance. Another disadvantage of this location that I don't like is the gate closing hour at 6:45 PM, which is too early and very inconvenient for us. That is why I don't stay at this location for long. This place is clean and secured. I have used this place for about 3 months and I have an inside unit downstairs. I like my unit so far as it is always cool inside the building even though there is no air-conditioning. Scott, the manager there, is always helpful and friendly. They have a truck which you can borrow to move in your stuff, but make sure you reserve it in advance; otherwise you may not get it on the day that you want. That happened to me, but as I said, Scott is very helpful, he put me on the wait-list for another day and called me when the truck became available. I needed a place to store my three bedroom house in a hurry I went to safkeep storage and was greeted by the onsite manager who then took me around to pick out the right storage. I could not decide but then he referred me down the street to another place which was nice of him. I did go down the street rented a storage then I came back because of all the stuff we accumulated over the years. I was happy with his kindness and rented a storage from here. I want to say the customer service was great and the place is very clean, cleaner then the place down the street. read more

I am a first-time customer at Saf Keep Storage, I am very happy with my decision! The staff is AMAZING! Beattie, Andrew and Patricia are all very professional, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me pick the right size for my needs. Andrew showed me several spaces which helped me even more. Beattie did not put any pressure at all, he advised me to take my time and to give them a call when I am ready which is what I did. Patricia was very patient with all the paper work when I returned. I've been a long term customer of Safkeep Milpitas and the place is always kept clean and accessible. I have an internal space on the 2nd floor and have no problems getting in and out. On my last visit, both Patricia and Andrew were super helpful and on point. Excellent facility for storage in Milpitas! The unit is very clean and the staff is very informative and friendly. The manager, Scott, was very patient, and took time to explain and answer all the questions I had regarding the storage unit. Rental truck could be reserved if needed. The storage area is gated, which provide extra security for your belongings. Highly recommended if your ever need to rent a storage unit near Milpitas! read more

Saf Keep Storage was able to accommodate us on short notice and gave us the storage space we needed while waiting for our home to be built. The Staff is very helpful and courteous. They even let me fill up my water bottle while making visits to our unit. My only suggestion is that they would stay open a little longer at the end of the day to allow renters coming home from work more time to access their rental units. read more

Andrew was nice enough to give me a tour of the facility, he didn't rush the tour and answered all my questions. Scott Urabe is a SUPER STAR , he is the manager there and when you go there; he makes you feel as if you have arrived home. he makes you feel so comfortable that the last thing on your mind after you have unloaded your stuff is the safety of it. Thank you to the guys that helped my sister and I last month. We needed a storage for just ONE month and I made some calls around the area to see what we could afford.
