This company is fantastic!!!! My parents had security cameras installed by another company last year on their rental property (from which I rent) and had many problems with the system. The cameras would go offline constantly (because of our unstable internet). The unstable internet was diagnosed by our Internet Provider. By the point we got our internet working properly, the company we had done business with was nowhere to be found. I waited months to hear back from the old company. I finally did some research and found Safe and Sound Surveillance Solutions. Our cameras were still not connecting to our app at the time in which we called. Within 15 minutes of Tony being onsite, they were working, whereas the old company took HOURS to diagnose and fix the same problems. This company is competent, QUICK and knowledgeable. They installed my camera system in 2016 and there have been no problems with the system itself. The few service calls I've made over the years had to do with connectivity and a mystery port change. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to simply turn the unit off and back on. My most recent service call was quick, solved my connectivity issues, and was very reasonable. We had cameras installed in our condo association. Craig and Tony worked with us to find areas that would best be serviced by having surveillance, select the camera that would be the most effective for what we wanted, and in a cost effective way. They even provided a time with all the board members to give a tutorial of the system, and left literature--physical and electronic, that we could have as a reference, as well as an open ended invitation to contact them with questions. The images are clear, and the application you can download on your phone is super useful and fairly user friendly (easy) to navigate. We have some technologically challenged members on our board (lol) and even they can navigate through it. I'd also like to add, that the installation process was also great. They were prompt daily, gave a clear schedule of when they would be here, what they would be doing, and what they would need. AND they kept to that! They completed the job when they said they were going to complete it. So rare for companies nowadays. I would recommend them to others most definitely! read more

He took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough in his understanding of our needs. Scheduling was awesome! Even though they operate limited days/week for installs, he was able to fit me in before a large trip... giving me a great feeling and extra security. Craig and his team were rocks stars during the install! They arrived on time, were completely professional and friendly. The install took longer than expected and I don't envy them (getting in attics and crawlspaces) but they made it look easy. It was also a sweltering LA day so many props for enduring the heat. When one of the cameras was having an issue, they were more than happy to come back to get it fixed. The trouble-shooting took a wee bit longer than expected but they persevered and I commend them for that. I ended up with a great set of cameras, for a very reasonable price. I was nervous about the install, because I have a low pitched roof, making it more difficult to run the wires in the attic. First of all, I'm not technological savvy. The thought of getting a security camera intimidated me for fear that I am not going to understand the mechanism of it. But, the fear of getting burglarized is worse. Before I could close escrow, I was already communicating with Craig. He was kind enough to check out the house we were buying through google map and was able to make recommendations. I was impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge he and his staff have. Tony was great at explaining things to me once the cameras were installed. He was patient and not once, did he make me feel I was asking stupid questions. Even when we had to remove one of the cameras as we were doing some renovations, they still were accomodating enough to come back and put the camera back on. Craig is quick to respond to questions/requests we have. It's a good feeling that just because they're done doing what they're supposed to do, they're still there to respond when you need them. After reading a few of his reviews on Yelp, I contacted Craig for an estimate. Within an hour, he emailed me a Google Map picture of my house with suggested camera locations and a conditional estimate. I wouldn't expect that type of response because they are in high demand and I must have just called at the right time. He came by a week or so later to look and he suggested 6 cameras - I wanted 4. He figured out a way to make it work. His team showed up. Installed my 4 cameras with all of the extra's I wanted. I am beyond grateful for the advice, service, product and support I have received from Craig and his team of professionals. I've been having issues in my neighborhood and was concerned for the safety of my family and my property. I was shocked at how simple it is to use but how the quality is high end..and the best part I can have it streaming live on all my devices so I can always check on my home anytime 24/7.
