My call was answered right away by a member of Bob's team, then Bob called me back within a couple hours (if you call the response time is hours, not days). Bob was very accommodating with scheduling, answered all my questions and gave helpful suggestions. Bob and Karl came to the house twice, and on both visits were super prompt, friendly and helpful. At the first visit they came equipped with standard brushed nickel bars, but my dad wanted something different to match his bathroom, so they came a second time to install the ones I purchased myself through Amazon. Bob and Karl did a very professional and neat job installing grab bars in two bathrooms, and in a shower stall. Each bar required 6 screws to anchor, meaning they had to drill a total of 12 holes through custom tile to install 2 bars in the shower stall. Not a single crack or chip in the tile, nor the bathroom walls, and the bars are all very securely centered and anchored in studs. I was quoted $125 for the first bar and $100 for each additional bar. This was a fair price for the quality of the work, but if it sounds a little high I will say it is worth every penny knowing those bars will not fail when my dad's depending on them to save him from a fall, and it's far cheaper than repairs to walls or tile from improper installation or use of improper tools; or from failure to anchor the bars correctly (not to mention the potential medical expenses!) Seriously amazing service. My mom was coming home from the hospital and we needed grab bars installed quickly. Upon hearing our story and the urgent need, they squeezed us in on exactly the day/time we needed. The gentlemen were polite, courteous, with a very clean installation and very empathetic. I would recommend to anyone who has a need for safety in the home. I just had Bob and Karl back today 6/15/16 to install 2 grab bars for my mom's bathroom to help her get up from sitting. As usual, there work is top notch all the way. They even cleaned the floor where some powder was. I was going to have 1 bar installed on the side wall by her toilet but as Safety Experts they are, they recommend a second smaller bar on the wall in front of the toilet.
