We had some issues with outlets not working and possible breaker switch issue. When you hear electrical problem you think of all the horror stories of what can happen. I called yesterday and was pleasantly surprised I was given a next day appt. Gio and Ricky came out and were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They arrive early and waited for my husband to get home. They checked all our switches and went to the breaker to find that one of them was faulty. I felt completely at ease that I was in great hands. They left to get parts and returned quickly and I was up and running in 15 minutes. It's a good feeling when you hand your home to someone to make sure your safety and health are in experienced hands. Not that I'm looking forward to the next time, but when and if I ever have any electrical needs I will want the same team!!! read more

Rick was able to fix an unexpected floor water damage three weeks before my baby was born. I was stressed and worried but PKB construction helped complete my floors on time, on budget. Premier Kitchen and Bath (PBK) is much more than a kitchen and bath remodel company, but a true general contractor performing all types of construction work including fences, painting, etc. I have a small building on my property which was slowly sliding down the hill due to poor original construction and installation. I was getting worried that with the next rainy season it would finish sliding and collapse. I contacted several companies (some recommended by colleagues) to include structural engineers, structural contractors, and general contractors. Many of these companies never returned my calls or never showed for an estimate or were prohibitively expensive. Rick Reger, the Project Manager, contacted me within hours and came on site within a couple days to develop an estimate. I received his estimate within a few days and it seemed quite reasonable considering the amount of work which needed to be done. The work began within a week and it was completed in another two weeks. Rick was totally involved in all aspects and his crew was prompt every day, knew exactly what needed to be done, and performed outstanding work. It was a pleasure to work with Rick and his crew and if I need other construction work done, PBK will be the first I call. read more

Hired for a total kitchen remodel. On the good side: Rick is very friendly, and one of their laborers Juan Ledezma does outstanding work. The bad: Other workers do substandard work, use the homeowner's tools without permission, leave trash on the porch after lunch, throw paper towels on the bathroom floor instead of the garbage can, parks in the grass without permission, leaves nails and screws on the garage floor and driveway, shows up for work on days without any notification. The ugly: the contractor mis-quoted the project and blamed it on his software, misquoted the countertops, and lied to us (on multiple occasions) about status and option that were available to us that we asked about. Joseph has a serious disconnect with the concept of honest and taking responsibility. Overall the work was acceptable but not great. The level of professionalism by the owner/contractor and most of his workers was incredibly poor. Afterwards discovered no permits were pulled for the gas work. Would not recommend for anything more than a weekend job where everything can be sourced at Home Depot. read more

We feel so very fortunate that we found Rick Riger and his amazing team from Premier Kitchen and Bath Remodel to tackle our 1949 home which had no insulation, and we just could not go another year without. Rick is the most personable and honest fella and just a joy to work with. The job was to remove the existing siding, clean up and unforeseen issues, add insulation and new moisture barrier, new siding and trim and repaint the home. My husband and I purchased a home that has had to be 100% remodeled. Half way through our remodel we realized we couldn't do it on our own. We received quotes from a few different contractors but we knew right away after meeting with Premier Kitchen and Bath Remodel we would be using them. They gave us a fair quote and didn't try and squeeze every last dollar out of us. They were honest with what work needed to be done and stuck to their schedule. They never came to us during the project with "unforeseen" expenses which was a huge concern for us. They were very respectful of our home. I am a sahm to a toddler and newborn baby and they always were accommodating to any times where extra loud noise was the last thing our home needed.
