This review is a little bit late. I think I may have accidentally given a review to the wrong company page because I know I gave a review after I got my floors done over three years ago. I wanted to revisit and do an update on the quality of these floors. They look brand new still! The floors are so easy to clean and I have had no issues with buckling or shifting after water damage. They really are waterproof . I just bought another house and I plan on having them do my entire house because their prices are incredible but it's the quality that I'm coming back for. 10 out of 10 Service definitely recommend. read more

I just recently used McCurley's Floor Center to install engineered hardware flooring in my upstairs bedroom, closet and loft area. The customer service received by Jennifer at the front desk, and Peiman, the estimator, was excellent. Jennifer helped us pick out a product that closely resembled the flooring we had installed 15 years ago. We scheduled an appointment for a couple days later with Peiman. Peiman took measurements and answered all of our questions. He provided an estimate the next day. The flooring product arrived about a week later and the installers, Maria and Francisco were excellent. They were very organized, clean and meticulous with the installation. McCurley's Flooring installed my vinyl plank flooring downstairs and new Shaw carpeting upstairs. I searched for two months, going to about eight stores, having the hardest time finding the right flooring. I finally found McCurleys in Concord and their selection was larger than anywhere else. It's a great feeling to finally find "the right one". My pecan vinyl plank is beautiful and goes with my furniture, kitchen, and oak staircase (all of which are different colors).I was impressed with how helpful and responsible Peiman (the manager) was in getting the job done. It was very challenging for me because I had a lot of 'stuff' and the idea of packing up everything was simply overwhelming. Knowing I am partially disabled, Peiman offered to have the installers help me pack up except for the breakables. This was far more than he was obligated to do which put me at ease. In the end I used the opportunity to purge and donate a significant amount of my belongings which made a huge difference to the 'new house' feel. Peiman was always responsible and reliable which was so important to me. He has been thorough and tried hard to find what best suited me. There were a few extra tasks which he didn't hesitate to do such as making me carpet runners for my bathroom out of the left- over carpet. At the last minute I needed painting done upstairs before the new carpet went in and Peiman found me a painter that was very reasonable. I also needed my stairs refinished at the last minute and Peiman worked hard to find me someone to do that. It's obvious that he cares very much about making the customer happy. He's very nice to work with.  The flooring installer, Francisco, worked very hard to do a great job while making sure I was pleased. He was conscientious and went the extra mile and couldn't have been nicer. There were a few complications that came with the project but Francisco was willing to do whatever could be done to solve the problem. It was obvious to see that he is an expert in the field and was doing the best job possible. His finishing work is impeccable. Don't be surprised if they finish ahead of schedule! The team works very hard and well together. Going from carpet to vinyl plank is quite a transition as the dust still comes in but now sits on top of the floor instead of getting embedded into the carpet so be aware that it needs frequent cleaning. The carpet upstairs looks and feels luxurious.I definitely recommend McCurley's Flooring. read more

These guys don't hesitate, they hustle on point and they get things done. My wife and I closed escrow on a property in the area and wanted to get hardwood in the bedrooms to replace the carpet before we moved into the property. We sought out several quotes from local companies and even priced out doing the work ourselves before getting a quote from McCurley. Not only was the estimate the most reasonable out of all the quotes we got, they didn't blink once at the tight timeline we had, and even were able to hook us up with a premium vinyl material that was better quality than we were shopping for within a similar price range given it was in stock already. Left them a key to the property, they started the work early morning and had it complete in the evening the very same day. The quality of the work was spot on and it even ended up coming under the proposal since they used less material than originally quoted. We found the engineered wood flooring we wanted at another flooring store and found that McCurley's in Concord also carried that brand. We dealt with Peiman and he gave us a better price on the material (about 600 sq. ft.) and also on the installation. The installers did a good job and were receptive to some things we asked them to do. They worked on Saturday and finished a day sooner than we expected. They cleaned up at the end of each day. The installers got busy and we did have some scheduling issues as to the start date changing on us. We did have to reschedule some subcontractors. But they moved the furniture around with care, plastic everywhere needed and dd a clean, professional job.
