She picked up the phone herself as the owner of the agency and gave me by far the cheapest and most comprehensive quote. It was the only office where I got to speak to the actual agent, not their representative, and it was quick and easy. Amie is also an OSU graduate who has been helping students in the area for over ten years. She also has an expansive list of what most landlords and rental offices require, which was super quick. I spoke to one of her team members. I filed the statement of what happened. I sent a diagram of the collision. I have called 2 X week since the accident. The team member I last talked to said they were awaiting their insured's statement. I asked how long do I have to await their insured's statement before I get my car repaired? They did not answer me. Now, every time I call I get voice mail, or I get unending music. No person ever picks up. I hate to get an attorney, if one will even take a $1200. claim. But, if one of their insured hits your vehicle, they are not about letting you get resolution. If a safe auto insurance customer hits your vehicle GET AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY.

Everyone that I have spoken to seems really lazy about their job and kept passing me to someone else. So basically I just paid monthly for years and when I really needed them, they do not advocate for their clients and abandon me with the damages to my car that I have to deal with on my own even though it wasn't my fault.
