The window of time to meet them was short, but they showed up when I asked them to (driving from quite a distance.) It turns out my mom will go into assisted-living for a little while and they will help us more when she gets out. Their warmth and understanding made this difficult process so much easier. It's so important to be kind in this business because It's hard to put your loved one in someone else's care. They knew how to respond to my Mom and be patient (she likes telling long stories) I highly recommend this team and I look forward to working with them when my Mom is cleared to go home.
