Jesse and his partner were great. They explained everything in perfect detail, worked fast, were very friendly, and were very careful. As a bonus, after they left one of our cats went missing and it sounded from his meows that we was stuck in the crawlspace or even a duct. When I called the office to see what I could do, they sent Jesse back who came back into the crawlspace with me and took some ducts apart to look for the cat. We didn't find him (turns out he buried himself at the back of the cupboard under the kitchen sink and came out an hour later), but my wife and I were glad for their help and concern. Flatirons Duct Cleaning was scheduled to clean our dryer vent on a Friday, but the owner had an emergency and couldn't make it out to our house until Monday afternoon. The cleaning was quick and efficient and our dryer works so much better now! Much to my surprise, the owner did not charge me for the visit because he felt badly that he wasn't able to make it when he said he would, and said that is not the way he usually does business. I was shocked that he would go so far out of his way to make a customer happy and thought it was totally unnecessary (but greatly appreciated!). I read their reviews online and called them right away. They were able to get me in that day (with other times available all week). When they got stuck in traffic on the way, they called to update me and kept me posted on their arrival time. They also offered to reschedule. When they arrived, they looked at my vents, took pictures, and determined that my ducts did not need to be cleaned. I wish I had been able to use them, but will absolutely call them after we remodel our house.
