This is a great place to take a walk along the water. You can only cross over the water using the…read morepedestrian bridge. You can walk south down the pathway and follow it back up towards the Channel Islands Harbor but you can't cross over. You would have to back track from which you came. It's a good 45-60 minute walk if you start over by the Coffee Bean and head down to the Harbor Island Lane then up along the private property on the water and then back. There are lots of restaurants and business along the marina that has great views and lots of benches along the walking path. There are public park restrooms near the playground. I have come here on my breaks to take in some fresh air and beautiful marina views. I highly recommend walking the pathway.

Those are the places I most frequent but they also have Raven Tavern, Gyromania, Golden Egg, Chipotle and Jersey Mike's so many more. There's a Vons, Blender's In the Grass and 2 gyms ( 24 hour Fitness and Edge). I'm excited for the new Italian food coming soon. It's a nice place to hang out and the views are beautiful. There are boats and gondola rentals. I am at Seabridge at least three times a week. My boyfriend lives nearby by too. I remember when it was first being built. Love what it has become. It's such a great place for walkers and you'll see many people with their doggies. This place also brings me happiness as this is where I met my boyfriend. Love love romantic walks here! Note - parking can be limited getting closer to the restaurants but they offer free Valet parking . I mean you still should tip but it's free :)

Rules matter differently according to whom they are applied so, for example, you may be allowed a guest with sign in, name tag, and escort, while another member's children and grandchildren use the pool all day without any escort at all - and don't get me started on the children. I constantly volunteered to be on committees and was consistently overlooked. In the end, it was just a convenient restaurant with nice views...but I live here and have UberEats. Save yourself money and aggravation - tip your Uber driver instead.

Only wish some tenants here would be more respectful in their use of the bathrooms. Sorry, Mommy isn't around to clean up after your mess. - Maintenance workers have had some turnover in 2022 but do a good job. Seems to be less maintenance post 2022. - Generally good looking boats, but some boats are ignored and here to die. Most boats never leave the Marina and by the looks of things, many of those couldn't do so under their own power. - Facilities are nice but getting dated. Building maintenance has suffered since 2020 and while nice(r) than average, could be better. Peeling paint and nasty odors in the main building bathrooms. - Gym room was redone in 2023 and is a first class result. Great job Staff! - We used to have mailbox service until 2020. - Significant multi-year rental increases. - Quiet and peaceful place. Proposed Ventura West Marina Phase I plans here. There's even a playground for your kids to enjoy. My favorite part of coming to Seabridge is enjoying a Blender's drink while sitting on the dock and sometimes letting my feet soak in the beautiful water. Did I mention it's the perfect spot to take pictures? On some occasions, i've seen photoshoots occur here, including a prom photoshoot! Lastly, don't forget to try the local restaurants here! With a wide array of options to choose from, you'll be sure to have your mouths satisfied here :)

This Club is amazing! The people here are amazing! The location is perfect!…read more I had attended quite a few community events before we joined and was always impressed with the friendly "staff". I had never heard of a self serve yacht club and was surprised later to learn they all volunteered to help out for events! The food is awesome, the bartenders are the very best and the spirit of the members cannot be beat! When Covid shut down everything in Ventura County they implemented take-out, when dining outside was allowed they safely implemented that and continued serving the community by supporting the best ever food and toy drive during the Holidays. One of the first events I ever attended was a Sea Bass enhancement information and fundraiser. The yacht club "Anglers" sponsor and volunteers support the Ventura County White Sea Bass Enhancement Facility. Another event I attended before joining was a fundraiser for a grassroots group supporting sane development in the Harbor and working to stop a 400 apartment complex from being built on land designated as visitor serving. Boaters of all kinds have a variety of events and the electric boat parades are epic. Oh and the views from the decks at the club are spectacular. Boating, fishing, fun and friendships with wonderful people is all here!
