What I absolutely love about this dealership is they don't add on all those fees typical of most motorcycle dealerships. The fact I was able to buy a Honda Trail 125 for so much less than any dealership in Arizona, that the lower price I paid completely covered the shipping. I paid $640 to ship the Trail 125 to my Lake House property in the White Mountains of Arizona and the price including shipping was still considerably less than any Honda dealership in Arizona. There are good dealerships and there are GREAT dealerships; I consider Tri-County Powersports to be a GREAT dealership. If you want honest fair pricing without all the ridiculous add on fees, this is the place to buy your next Motorcycle. The manager then asked if I could pick up the bike on a day they were closed. I agreed and completed the purchase that same day. However, once the paperwork was done, he left, and the handoff experience fell short. I had passenger armrests installed at the time of purchase, but no one on staff seemed knowledgeable enough about the Spyder to walk me through its features or help me set up my phone and communication system. That is not on the service/parts department. For a purchase at this level, I expected a more complete delivery experience. I also ordered additional parts prior to pickup. It has now been 19 days, and I've had to follow up multiple times for updates. Each time, the interaction felt more like an inconvenience than a priority. I cannot speak highly enough about Tri-County Powersports! I came into the shop with my son to consider buying my first bike in almost 20 years (I got bounced off a curb by an old lady in 2008). I had decided to get a starter bike, since I am just getting going again and did not want to drop $20,000.00 on a bike just yet (I have a teenager...they're expensive!). I was greeted by Hector, who was super friendly and accommodating and he showed me around the showroom. After looking at some bikes, I decided the CF-Moto 450SS would be a great starter, which I could eventually give to my son when I decide to upgrade. Hector was extremely helpful and Knowledgeable and made the process easy. His easygoing personality worked perfectly with me, because that is how I am. With his help I got through the application process, but I had to leave due to a prior appointment, with the promise of coming back the next day. The morning of the next day I received a follow-up call from the manager Kevin. Kevin and I hit it off right away, because we both love dogs and other animals (I work in dog rescue) and he had a great, friendly personality. It was nice not having to chase after someone to take my money (I'm looking at you Magnum). I set up an appointment with him for the next day to sign the deal. I had been looking for a CFMOTO 450SS for months. I called over a dozen dealerships trying to find one while also not feeling like I'm getting screwed before I happened on Tri-County Powersports. All the other dealerships were trying to upsell me, were slapping huge ADMs on a beginner sport bike, and in general were very shady which I didn't appreciate. The process with Tri-County was simple, relatively fast, there was no upselling, I paid a fair price & was treated fairly, and I never felt like I was being coerced to pay for something I didn't want. The dealership was immaculate and in a beautiful area, the staff were friendly, and the whole experience was frictionless. I have been looking for a Honda Rebel 500 for quite sometime with no luck, most of the dealers I've called only have the 300, my buddy was also looking around for bikes and have mentioned this dealership and voila! There it was - the last one! Melvin, our sales guy helped us secure the bike and their team helped us close the transaction. Not quick and painless but I would say worth the time spent there to close the deal. I was very pleased with the bike, it was delivered to my house and they were very thorough in explaining to us regarding the break-in process to avoid an early trip to repair shop. I had also ordered several accessories for it although it took several weeks to get, I was very happy with the quality of the accessories I received (saddle bags, saddle stays, new seat) Overall, I highly recommend Tri-County but I do suggest visiting them on a weekday or calling them first as they get pretty busy on the weekends. Every time I bring my Goldwing, or my Honda Dirt bikes, to Tri-County Powersports for service, the staff is friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. However, my experience last week went far beyond anything I could have expected, truly showcasing the exceptional commitment the Tri-County Powersports team has to its customers. After a minor traffic accident, my Goldwing needed to be towed to Tri-County. The tow truck arrived around 6:15 PM, after Tri-County had closed for the day. As the driver helped me park my bike near a light in the parking lot, I noticed someone walking toward us. It turned out to be Dana Levine, a Tri-County employee who happened to still be in the parking lot. What happened next is a perfect example of the kind of extraordinary customer service that makes Tri-County stand out. Although the shop was closed and Dana was off the clock, he immediately stepped in to assist. He reopened the building, unlocked and rolled up the shop doors, moved a pickup truck blocking access, and secured my Goldwing safely inside the shop for the night. But Dana didn't stop there. He even took the extra step of heading into the office to gather my personal information, ensuring that work on my bike could start first thing the next morning. This also saved me from having to come back to Tri-County the next morning, which would have made me miss work. By the time we finished, it was after 7:00 PM. I know Dana was "off the clock" and didn't have to take any of these actions. Dana doesn't know me personally, and this wasn't a favor for a friend - it was a true reflection of his dedication to helping a customer. He turned what had been a very negative afternoon into a much more positive experience. Having been rear-ended, having my Goldwing towed, and expecting to leave it outside, unsecured in a parking lot, I am incredibly grateful that Dana chose to step in and take action when he could have simply gone home at the end of his long day. I purchased a bike there yesterday, it's a honda f6b, they were very friendly, and held the bike for me to come get it. They were nice and let me go for a test ride, and like I sad were super friendly....that was a facade, they said they did a full check of the bike in their service department, as well as said they did a full detail of the bike. Well if they had done a full check of the bike, or a detail of the bike they would have noticed the break fluid leaking onto the front tire and the metal around it. I rode it over 2 hours home, then went on a 75 mile ride today only to have my house mate notice when I got home. If the breaks go out on a bike you are dead. I could literally have died from their negligence. Do not buy from them, while they are super friendly they obviously don't do the things they swore they do to make sure your bike is safe to drive. read more

Tri County PowerSports Tri County PowerSports is a beautiful huge dealership. Multiple buildings that look brand new, though this business is well-established and has been around for quite a while. Absolutely overflowing with all kinds of new and used power sports vehicles and equipment. Multiple brands, models and styles of off-road fun to be had. Endless amounts of parts and apparel. Quite literally everything you could need... My personal experiences: Taxi at Tri County PowerSports has been outstanding to deal with. I have purchased two new Hondas from him at this dealership in the last year. I live 500 miles away! That's should say something in and of itself. Last November I found the last Honda CRF450RWE Works Edition dirt bike in the country at Tri County. This is a special limited edition factory built race bike. Only 150 of these are built each year. I had been hunting one for months. These bikes were mostly all long gone. I contacted Tri County and found they had one. I made arrangements to come and buy it, cash. They were able to confirm that the bike was mine and my long trip would not be wasted. Taxi went as far to put a sold sign on the bike and send me pictures. Outstanding! The entire transaction could not have been easier. It also could not have gone better. There was a very helpful young lady in the finance office who was also a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. Then quickly on the way back home with my brand new, limited edition, factory built race bike. Stoked ! About 6 months later I decided to buy a street bike. A super sport bike to be exact. These are what I ride most of my life and I haven't had one for a few years. Once again I called around to my local dealerships in the SF Bay Area, and though they had stock, I was unable to come to terms about financing. For one reason or another, my local dealerships were unable or unwilling to make it happen. Frankly, they were unmotivated and seemed uninterested. So I called my guy Taxi, and Tri County had the bike I wanted, a 2022 Honda CBR1000RR ABS. Tri County was also more than willing to get me financed as well. Once again I loaded up the truck and made the trek from The Bay to LA to get my bike. The next morning I was there when they opened and a few hours later, I was back on the road with my new bike. While I was there this time, I got to meet and interact with more of the staff. The same helpful young lady was there in the finance department. This time we had much more paperwork to do as I was financing this purchase and not buying it out right like my last bike. I also went to the parts department where I purchased a brand new helmet so I could test ride my bike after completing the acquisition. The three young guys over there were very cool and friendly. They were also very knowledgeable. Taxi asked to to give me a great discount on my helmet. I am 6'4" + 240lbs and it's hard to find a helmet that fits me. They actually had a 3XL HJC helmet in stock. So I grabbed it quickly! I also met some of the guys in the service department and some others sales staff. All of whom were helping me get my bike ready, and even talking to me about being safe and smart with such a powerful new bike. Very considerate. A lot of dealerships don't seem to have this awareness or concern. Once a sale is made, that is often where the interest ends. They also helped me carefully load this brand new gem safely into my truck. We all thought it was going to take 4 or 5 people but 2-3 of us got it done quickly and easily. Like a snap! Now I will mention that my bike had some issues from the factory. Issues that ended up being repaired under manufacturer warranty. This required some further contact with Taxi and the dealership. Taxi could not have been more helpful. The issues have been resolved. At no cost to me. I cannot thank Taxi and the gang at Tri County PowerSports more. I have had two excellent experiences there in purchasing motorcycles, gear and even resolving some warranty issues. This gives my experience a broad scope of how this business operates and deals with things. To any potential customers reading this review, I would suggest: be friendly, be polite, be patient. BEWARE! Avoid Kevin the sales manager if possible, guy is a jerk to people who aren't complete pushovers. Also, be aware that this shop has a "Dealership Markup" of about 20-25% on just about all their bikes, making it that much more difficult to fight for a reasonable price. For reference, I purchased a Honda CRF300L from this dealership a few days ago and the MSRP was $5649. The markup was $1250, and because of how rare this bike is, they would barely budge at all on the markup. But hey, I guess price gouging isn't price gouging if they do it on all their merchandise. Anyway, that's not why I'm here, I'm here because of Kevin (the sales manager). This guy was an absolute nightmare to work with and ruined the entire experience. From the very beginning he was extremely condescending, pushy, arrogant, and eventually, dishonest and rude. He tried lying about his quote over the phone after I drove out 3.5 hours to continue the deal, gaslighting me as if I was the one lying about what he quoted me. Then he started guilt tripping me because of my bible camp jacket as if I should be more Christlike and stop lying! Are you serious!? I drove 3.5 hours through LA traffic to make good on a deal he made me over the phone only to have this guy go back on his word and gaslight me as if I was the one misremembering/lying. Good grief. If you can avoid this person, I would HIGHLY recommend you do so. Honestly, if this particular bike would have been available anywhere else in California, I would have gladly purchased it elsewhere (at a higher price) just to avoid giving Kevin my business. Be warned... ...aside from that. Cody, and Taxxi (or Taxi) were an absolute pleasure. They were friendly, helpful, and in no way giving off the same vibe as Kevin was. There's something wrong with that guy and I feel sorry for anyone who would ever have the displeasure of calling that guy their boss. In hindsight, I wish that I could've requested to bypass Kevin somehow, but given that it's a small business, it might not have been possible. Live and learn. Love the bike though.
