That being said, what brings me to write this review is that i really really appreciate when Safe Haus broadcasted the FIFA World cup gales in Spanish on Telemundo! The amount of PASSION and intensity that the Spanish Broadcasters put into their voice was truly awe inspiring. ESPECIALLY watching the MEXICO games! Safe Haus is one of our regular go-to spots. I like coming here with my kids to play games and grab some food. Great little craft beer spot! We stopped in for a quick drink on our way to a wedding in Hemet, and it was absolutely worth it. Our friends recommended this place for chicken wings, so we came to check it out. It's like a sports bar, but they serve food like sandwiches, wings, and tater tots, and specialty bulgogi fries. You order at the counter, and find a table to sit, and they bring your food to you. Staff are friendly and it's pretty loud inside since they have TVs going on and people yelling at the game that's playing. The chicken wings we got were the Asian Garlic Butter Bomb and Lemon Pepper which was extra crunchy and meaty. I just wish the dry rub had more flavor. We will definitely need to go back to try other flavors like the Thai Chili and Buffalo. We tried the Bulgogi fries which was good, but too sweet and spicy for me. I got to try my friend's Garlic Parmesan fries which was delicious, but could probably kill a vampire! lol It's a good thing this place is far enough that we can't go all the time, cause we love a good chicken wing. MoVal doesn't really have any other gastropubs so this is pretty much one of the few places to go if you wanna chill and have drinks with friends. I've gone to this place a couple times, but I've only tried the food the most recent times. The service was really fast and friendly. I tried the bulgogi fries and they're super tasty. The drink selection is pretty good, lots of different beers and also seltzers and ciders. The vibes inside are fairly chill. They have sports on the screens. Giant Jenga too. We ordered: the giant pretzel (bigger than our heads and so dang good, loved the mustard and beer cheese) tots with beer cheese and bacon (came out screaming hot and crunchy, and the cheese sauce was good, but I was wish there was more bacon on them), burger (classic, fresh, delicious), the grilled chicken sandwich (so damn good - both this and the burger had their own sauce on them and it was a great addition), and the kids chicken fingers (the breading these was so good, I'd easily order these for myself). It makes me sad I can't come out here as much as I used to. They got the best food of any craft lounge or brewery I've visited. The bulgogi fries alone are fantastic. The staff does a good job but I've honestly never been blown away by the service. They rotate good beers and I always find something new worth trying. This place is a self-seating service and we can order our food and drinks separately. I need to stop ordering with my eyes whenever I'm hungry! There were so many food options to choose from, but I ultimately settled down with Buffalo Chicken Fries and the Classic Cheeseburger. I had asked if they could cut my cheeseburger in half since I was sharing. It was so flavorful and the meat patty was medium rare, just how I liked it! We weren't even planning on getting the Giant Pretzel until we saw them bring it out for another table. It was huge and the cheese was warm, adding a nice touch. The atmosphere is fun if you want a place to hang out, drink beer, and eat with your friends. The music was basically straight out of my playlists. Came in after a long work day. Group of 3 we ended up ordering Garlic Fries, Chicken tenders & Brussels Sprouts. In addition (2) Hawaiian Pulled Pork sandwiches & a grilled chicken sandwich. Brussels Sprouts with onions & bacon we're a hit and the garlic fries had a touch of garlic not over powering and with parmesan cheese. They said the Hawaiian Pulled pork was good and messy with the sauce and Cole slaw. My chicken sandwich was just ok. Chicken seasoned well, they overloaded the sandwich with greens, with 1 slice of tomato. I had two Michelada's one with Buenavesa Lime & Salt Lager and the other with Mango Hefe.
