He was terrified and screamed the whole time... They had a small selection which is understandable for a small town....I mean, how often does one purchase a reptile?? The lady in charge that day was very knowledgeable about the care of the animals and how much it would cost to maintain their lifestyle. They sell all the feed and supply that you need and can special order reptiles that they don't normally carry (as long as it's legal in the country, of course). The tanks were clean so they obviously take good care of the animals in the store.

I stopped at this store and explained I was a member, but not at the store and had prepared to spend several hundred dollars. They flat out told me they would not give me the member discount and I have to admit it wasn't in the nicest way. I was with two other people that were also planning to shop there, and we all walked out of the store without spending any monies. While I recognize that you become a member of a specific store I just couldn't understand from business perspective why these folks were willing to turn down hundreds of dollars worth of sales.

Not "oh let me check with them, I think they told you wrong, but I'll check". Just "no sir your wrong, bye" So this will be the absolute last time I try to come here!!
