He was terrified and screamed the whole time... They had a small selection which is understandable for a small town....I mean, how often does one purchase a reptile?? The lady in charge that day was very knowledgeable about the care of the animals and how much it would cost to maintain their lifestyle. They sell all the feed and supply that you need and can special order reptiles that they don't normally carry (as long as it's legal in the country, of course). The tanks were clean so they obviously take good care of the animals in the store.

While I recognize that you become a member of a specific store I just couldn't understand from business perspective why these folks were willing to turn down hundreds of dollars worth of sales.

From backyard bird counts to free presentations on how and when to put out what food for which birds. We can't wait to make this our go to place for our bird necessities and events. Learning a new region with new birds is a challenge. It's so much easier when you have a place like this that specializes in birders like us.

You might as well buy it brand new. Secondly, I love vintage but they always keep the good stuff and sell the crappy stuff for outragous prices. The final straw was when my boyfriend went in there to buy an over priced coffee grinder and the employees we're rude to him and were looking at him like he was a thief. Please don't donate your goods here or do your shopping here. There are much better thrift stores to support.
