Let me point out they do not have an address listed. They work for/with ADT. The installer damaged 2 of my walls. The ADT salesman lied to me to get me to sign the contract. He did so that n front of a witness. Laying makes the contract null and void. I canceled the contract because of the fraud but SafeHaven wants me to pay over $1600. I am suing SaveHaven and ADT. SafeHaven refused to provide me with the address so I can serve them with court papers. It's ok there is a way around it. Don't use SafeHaven or ADT they are liars and thieves. read more

Stay far, far away; total nightmare! Door to door salesman (Michael) sold us a deal that did not materialize. Was told I would get a discount via my insurance that doesn't exist, was shown a hardware/price list that differed from the techs list (according to the tech manager this by design, attempted upselling), hardware functionality was misrepresented, and issues with install process because of a lack of communication between sales and tech departments. Between all of the discrepancies I knew I wanted out, and the salesman had told us there was a 6 month money back guarantee, so after less than a week I tried to cancel, only to be told the guarantee only applies to hardware faults. I apparently had missed my 3 day grace period to cancel (not disclosed to me by the salesman) by 24 hours, and now am locked into a 3 year contract I don't want after being sold a service that was misrepresented to me on multiple levels for less than a week. Even the techs and ADT corporate expressed complaints at this dealer culture of predatory sales tactics and lack of service. After telling me that it wasn't worth his time to fully explain the way the cancellation systems works when we were signing ("You're only a small percentage of what we deal with") the salesman Michael is now ghosting me and multiple Safe Haven customer service agents have told me to kick rocks and refuse to help/escalate. I recently got ADT/safe haven for security in my home, over the past 2 months I've had items taken from my yard area. The camera shows someone walking up and the next view I get is my items completely gone ADT system is the worse experience I've ever experienced I will definitely go back to RING who I had at my past residence. When getting service from ADT "PLEASE" take time to review contract they literally put you under a multi year contract and have to pay big time to drop contract. Worst Customer Service Experience of my Life As of writing this I'm over 4 hours of combined hold time and talking with customer service to no resolve. I've called multiple times over the span of months so this seems to be typical. If they disconnect the call which has happened to me multiple times now they will not call back and you get to start at the back of the line again. My sales person told me I'd be able to use an electronic deadbolt with my system and even gave me the exact model number to order. I installed it and attempted to add it to my system but there was no option. When I talked to tech support they told me I had the 'wrong' plan. When I finally made it to sales one person quoted me $100 install and a monthly payment a couple dollars lower than my current - frustrated by the surprise install cost that they refused to waive I ended the call in frustration with plans to escalate when I had more time (hours of waiting and transfers had burned me out). When I reached back out to see if a different sales person or manager could resolve this problem the price jumped to $351 for install and an increase in monthly payment. At this point I about had it and attempted to cancel my service on the basis that it was not as advertised - they pretty much told me to take a hike. I let a bit of time pass and called again because I really wanted my lock to work - this time the cost was to be $60 to have the tech come out and do what they failed to the first time. When I complained that I really don't want to pay them to fix their own mistake they explained that they were already giving me a break because the normal cost was over $100 - as if somehow by offering me a discount to pay for their error was good customer service. I requested escalation to management, was placed on hold, and about 20 minutes later tech support was on the line - they informed me that I did not in fact have the right plan and offered to send me back to sales. This was the 6th person of the day at this point so I asked her to not transfer but instead escalate as I was tired of being bounced around. Put simply not only does ADT not care about their customers but they clearly don't track issues or train their staff very well. I talked to SO MANY people who either couldn't or wouldn't fix my fairly simple issue and I was lied to over and over and over again. Every single time the number quoted was different. I was told multiple times that I had or didn't have such and such feature and then when they thought that required a transfer it was right to the back of the line. To make the matter even worse the system is pretty bad - in one example I set the alarm but apparently the door didn't latch properly - hours later my wife found the door ajar but the alarm still hadn't gone off because the way their sensors work it has to be swung open at least a few inches. This means someone could have either rigged the door not to lock or just plain old walked in and had the time it took the police to respond to steal what they could get their hands on. For the money you'd think this stuff would be better engineered but its the same cheap sensors you can get on amazon for much less money and no service fee. There probably was a time when this was cutting edge but in 2021 you can really get most of the services for so much cheaper that I think ADT still exists only on brand rep alone. read more

Absolutely terrible. They introduced themselves as ADT which is not true. The installation quality was a joke. Wires everywhere, nothing ran through the walls. When asked why the doorbell wasn't installed correctly I was told "I'm not an electrician". Terrible equipment and horrible quality. Cameras don't work as promised. They record in 30 seconds increments and need a cool down time. We had Amazon package delivered to our front porch and we got a recording of that but the next clip of someone walking their dog on the sidewalk the box was gone. No way to rewind or anything. Not to mention I got screwed into a contract for 3 years. You only have 3 days to pull out but they don't install your equipment the day of so.. they trap you. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Please don't use ADT and especially don't go through the scammers "Safe Haven Security". read more

I have their system in my home. Works amazing! Best value on the market!! Safe Haven Security works seamlessly with ADT.

They hired new employees to come out to my house practice drilling holes in my wall and patched it and act like it was no big deal. Not only did they not respect my house they are rude and not gay friendly . I was so disappointed with the service because they offered us a plan and change there mind when it came to signing contracts. Dont jave them in your house read more
