Five stars are not enough! Greggory Zong was unbelievable. I can't recall anyone we've ever dealt with, as a service provider of any kind, who was such a good listener and was so focused on making sure we were super-satisfied with every aspect of his work - which involved numerous complicated installations and quality checks, and showing us (with infinite patience) how to use the many features of the home security system he set up in our house. One example of why the word "unbelievable" is justified: I became deaf in 2024, obtained a cochlear implant in April 2025, but since that time I have been unable to figure out how to set up a device that would have enabled me to get a direct sound feed from our TV to my cochlear implant. Today Greggory did that!! That truly is "above and beyond"! He also got our malfunctioning printers working!! Greggory is so dedicated, he's willing to take on anything to try to help out, and his fees are extremely reasonable. What a guy! read more

Security camera. My wife bought me a security camera for Christmas and I spent a full day trying to make it work on my wifi. I spent many years in the IT biz so I am not a stranger to tech stuff. Regardless, I finally gave up and did the only thing I've ever done.....called for help. Gregg came out the same day I called and he had the camera up and running in 30 mins! He knew exactly what he was doing, pointed out the problems I would have under my installation ideas and suggested a different approach. He set up the hardware then spent another 45 mins showing me all the software options. H really knew what he was doing. Gregg did and excellent job, I will use him again should the need arise. I just want to say thanks to these two wonderful men with Mojo Audio Video for the work they did in installing an Ethernet Cable in my home. They were extremely professional and worked hard on keeping the mess cleaned up as they were working in the walls of my house installing the cable. They had to work in my crawlspace to run the cable from one side of the house to the other, about 50 feet. Greggory is the real deal. He completely upgraded my setup: swapped out an old Alarm.com system and Google Nest cameras for a full Ring deployment (cameras, sensors, etc.), setup routines for an Echo Hub and multiple Shows, and even did a full network closet clean up that looked like art compared to the rats nest it was before. A few weeks later, I ran into some unrelated internet issues with an older Orbi system, and Greg responded back right away to troubleshoot and get me online again. He's not only a total pro who knows his stuff inside and out, but also just a solid human being to work with. I wanted the install of a pair each of Atmos and surround speakers in the ceiling of our family room, including wiring in the crawl space underneath the house. Greggory took a look and wasn't sure how smooth it would go, seeing how that ceiling has a second floor above it. While he might have had his doubts, his expertise made this an easy, straight-forward install without any hitches. He also connected us with Metro Drywall to patch up the necessary cuts in the walls with which to install the wiring, and that worked to perfection as well.
