I cleaned before I left and then I came back it was just as I left it. The company I had who didn't do the job was the total opposite and I felt like my house was dirty and violated everything was opened grass and dirt was everywhere and furniture was pulled out. He feels it was unprofessional that all requirements to resume service were not fully communicated upfront. Andrew has paid the outstanding balance of $47.00, but remains adamant that the reinstatement fee was never discussed. He expressed strong dissatisfaction with how the matter was handled and stated he intends to post a negative review on public platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others to share his experience.
