They returned a short while later with a different van with O2 on board. Upon our arrival home the company that was to deliver oxygen had not arrived yet so we were in a little bind. Ken's response was we will just wait here until that tank is empty. They sat for a while, then left I presume for lunch and returned and just waited outside until the tank had run completely dry. That was absolutely above and beyond any type of service I expected! Then I got an email with the bill, expecting some sticker shock as I opened the email, but nope not these guys. They do not take Medicare but their prices were beyond reasonable and that included all of the extra time and effort they put it in. The driver/ health aide, Cash (her nickname) arrived early, greeted me warmly, and immediately made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I over-ordered from Amazon while staying at the skilled nursing facility (oops) and she was more than happy to help me with my bags and such. She also assisted me up the stairs to my condo, and I felt very safe and comfortable. I wasn't able to put any weight on my leg at that time, so having her help me was invaluable. She was very capable. The vehicle itself was clean, and spacious, --exactly what you want for a smooth, stress-free ride. What really stood out, though, was the professionalism and attention to detail. Cash navigated traffic efficiently, secured a safe journey, and even went the extra mile to ensure I got to my doorstep safely. She prevented me from what could have been a fall on an uneven surface while getting me to my door. (Thank you, Cash!) I also appreciate that they have a two hour minimum versus a three hour or more minimum that others have. I felt that the cost was very reasonable, as I'm not sure I could have made it up the stairs without her, lol. Punctuality, reliability, and exceptional customer service can be hard to come by, but Right At Home truly delivers on all fronts. My mom now looks forward to them everyday and they also have transportation services to run errands or drs appointments or to just get a breath of fresh air with nice scenery if needed. The rooms were kind of small, the equipment isn't state of the art but it does the job. The doc was in to see me quickly and listen to everything I had to say before he asked questions and looked at everything. He seemed fairly confident and knowledgeable. Asked me if i wanted a generic brand prescription or brand name. When I was checking out he came up front and smalled talked me a little and got to know me. They were able to get us in right way and the wait was very reasonable. They had just moved locations, but his office was nice and clean despite the fact they were still getting situated. His office took care of the insurance billing and the staff was very friendly. Now for the important stuff: Dr. Nandin was terrific. He spent time with us discussing the accident and more importantly listened to us and our concerns. He ended up referring us to a specialist and felt it was something that needed to be addressed that day. He took the times to make the calls and find someone he felt was qualified and was comfortable with. His office was great about orchestrating everything and thanks to them, our wait and check in back at the hospital was smooth and effortless. I gave OSO Medical 5 stars because of the professional, attentive staff. I was really pleased with the quality of the care and how Dr. Nandin listened to our concerns and took thief into consideration. He is willing to work with the specialist on follow up care. We lucked out calling his office and have definitely found our new primary care doctor. We live in Buckeye, AZ and the drive to his office is a reasonable one and it is easy to find.

These providers were chosen by the Life Care Center of Scottsdale to transport me on 3 occasions to…read moreappointments. The first one was on May 14, 2021, two people from Phoenix EI showed up at the skilled nursing facility to transport me via a gurney to a nearby hospital for a procedure that shouldn't take more than an hour. The two people were Ken & Philip and were very professional, talking me through every stop of the process. They transferred me to their gurney, made sure I was strapped in and wheeled me to the van, then a short drive to the hospital, out of the van and for a check in, then wheeled me to the room where the procedure was to be done. When the procedure was over they returned me to the van and back to the skilled nursing facility. I rate the May 14, 2021 service 5 stars My 2nd service date was May 19, 2021. The driver that showed up said he can't lift a gurney and the nursing staff had me use a wheel chair but required the use of a hoist to lift me out of the chair at the radiology place as I was still too weak to stand up on my own from such a low position. The driver had me in the wheel chair in his van and since I am very tall I had to sit with my head bent forward since the van was too short for me to be sitting straight up. Once he dropped me off at the facility he left to go home for a while and I had to wait almost 45 minutes after I was done. I rate the May 19th, 2021 service as 0 star. The service should not send someone who can't use a gurney and who takes a long lunch break and make me wait 45 minutes after my procedure was done. On my 3rd service date on May 28, only one of the two original people i.e. Ken showed up and was able to use a gurney to transport me to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea. The trip went smooth. I rate the service on May 28, 2021 5 stars. So my overall stars are (5 + 0 + 5)/3 = 3.33

I booked 1 2-hour session and 5 4-hour sessions. The first issue I had with this company was that they cancelled the 1st booking at the time of arrival due to a "family emergency". I was told they would call back by the end of the day to reschedule. I called twice and my insurance called as well and we left several messages over the next 2 weeks. We finally got a hold of them and rescheduled for yesterday. The caregiver came out and asked what I needed and I told her my bathroom needed worked on and everything went smoothly. Today she came for the 1st 4 hour session and things were going fine. When she started I told her I just needed her help in what ever way she could as my home had become very messy and unorganized during my cancer treatment and since I've become almost totally bedridden. She said "no problem" and started working. About halfway I to the session, looked like she was upset and I asked if she was ok and again a few more times and she continued to say yes and I apologized for the state of my home and she said "that's what I'm here for". I noticed that she was going outside several times and then she came into my room and thrusted her phone at me saying "it's my boss on the phone". The boss, Myra, then proceeded to smt elk me that her caregiver was having a reaction to the cats (I told her at booking that I have cats) and that its wasn't her job to do deep cleaning. I NEVER ONCE asked the girl to do any deep cleaning. She then tells me "you need more help than we are supposed to give you." And then the caregiver left. I don't understand people. How they can be so rude to people who are already down and kick them. Please stay away from this company. So unprofessional and rude.
