Things to know before you get safe touch: if the system is within 15 feet of an outside wall a "jammer" can be used to COMPLETELY OVERRIDE THE SYSTEM!!!!!! I got safe touch because my criminally insane ex-boss had been breaking into my house for 4 years. Within 2 weeks of having the system I knew she was still getting in. I called for them to check the system, I even told them that she was motivated enough to purchase the $1,700 jammer. Of course they don't want to admit that there's a fault in the system. (I refer you to Buisiness News Weekly.) As it stands, I now have a deathly ill cat because she puts ipecac, among other things, in my cats water. I now have to move from Tallahassee to be safe from her. If you live in an apartment, or small duplex, and you too have someone breaking in DON'T BOTHER getting a security system!!!! They should NEVER have even installed the system here, it can't be put far enough away an outside wall, IT IS 15 feet from my front door!!! Oh yeah, and don't bother telling the police, they haven't the intelligence to realize that you are correct. read more

Communication from the start to the install not good. Salesman says one thing installers says something different. I do not recommend them at all. If you choose to use the make sure to read the agreement before signing. Locked into a 5 year agreement. Told by the Salesman cameras are monitored by them and the installation of two outdoor and an inside camera was no problem. The installer said he could not install the outdoor cameras and that the cameras are not monitored by Safetouch. So we opted for a doorbell camera and the inside camera. They charge you a monthly fee for having the cameras because it is linked to their app. You can buy cameras cheaper and monitor them yourself a whole lot cheaper. Very disappointed with the whole customer service aspect. Again i do not recommend them sue to the aspect of customer service. All about the money not the true satisfaction of the customer. read more

I recently changed over from ADT. The representative that came out he was very knowledgeable and pointed out that my current system only had the doors contacted and I was vulnerable in the stay mode with the motion detector off. He offered a very affordable solution to upgrade my system and add the windows in my home to provide me with real peace of mind. My new system came with an app so I can arm and disarm my system and receive notifications when my son gets home from school. I have set the alarm off a few times by accident and the response time is very fast. Usually before I get to the key pad I am speaking with an operator through the 2-way speaker. I am glad I made the change I feel more secure in my home with the additional protection. I highly recommend using Safe Touch. read more

From the minute Jarrod entered my home he was so polite. He introduced himself and gave a warm handshake. We discussed the installation and made the tour of the house. As we reviewed where everything would go ,Jarrod gave me all the information i would need. He then proceeded with the installation. I was very impressed with the installation process for my home security system from Safe Touch. Jarrod A. was friendly and professional and went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied.
