We kept getting updates saying they would be there in 5 minutes, then 3 minutes, then 4 minutes, then 5 minutes again. Our car was dead in below freezing weather. I'm convinced now that this company is a scam. After an hour and a half, still nobody had showed up. We finally got through to our insurance who got us a different company, this one was another 90 minutes out. We lost feeling in our fingers and toes. With the last of our phone battery, we had a friend pick us up and take us home. Who knows if we'll ever see that car again. Don't bother calling these people. "Open 24 hours" is bs. The phone rings and rings until you hear a beep, then it drops your call. Every single time. You guys are crooks. Genuinely, who raised you? In this kind of weather with kids in the car, who knows what could have happened. Shame on you.

He had to leave his car because it wouldn't start. The car was left for a few hours and by the morning, was gone. No phone call, no warning, nothing. We found out that someone had towed it. Now, Ram's Eastgate Towing is charging us $400 to get the car. They said the fee was set by the city/county. I called the sheriff and PD and they said that this was not true, that rates are set by the towing company. Only NC highway patrol can set rates and by their website, a non-collision is around $185 and $40 storage fee AFTER the first night. The car was picked up early Monday morning and we picked it up on Tuesday. During a state of emergency, these people are capitalizing on people during a hard time. Without warning or notification. We did not get a chance to even get our own tow company and we're not sure if they we're out looking for cars to tow during the storm! They were rude and and unprofessional. We have been without power and water and these people only think about themselves as they kept showing my son the flooding in their driveway at their business, like we should be helping them! Do not recommend this place of business, at all.

I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it .
