Well, not since I moved off a small island in the Pacific Ocean, but that's neither here nor there... Even that wasn't so bad- I just added 7 business days to whatever delivery date I was given...at least it was delivered to the correct location ;) My biggest issue (among the others that came up when interacting with the driver and the driver's attitude) is that they delivered to the WRONG address, but claim to have not made a mistake. My office on the West side of town is not a warehouse on the East side. Not even close. (They didn't even have my office address, so I'm still wondering how they came to arrive at the office...) I pointed out that the driver was at the wrong location and got this as a reply: "It's not my problem." We tried to work things out with company, but they were very unwilling to take any kind responsibility for their mistakes. I vote for decent business practices with my money- I certainly won't ever be using this company again.
