Classes are simple, Kevin is kind and knowledgeable and funny. You get your certification on the same day. Best part? I've always done them online and you get the same exact card that you would get if you showed up in person. Some companies are strict on going in person and with the card that you get they wont know if you showed up in person or online. Mind you, none of the companies I've worked for have cared but still. There was adequate signs to lead me to the correct room to vote. The process was easy, a poll worker lead me to the sign-in table. After proof of my residence, I went to the next area to use the electronic ballot machine. You may drop off your signed and sealed ballot or vote in person. I wanted a refund but they won't do that either. I asked to be refunded before the exam time and they said I could have time to get my second ID instead, and then I asked again after they said I no longer could take the exam, but I guess it was too late to ask for a refund at this point. I feel like I was lied to and then scammed.
