I called for the 3 rd time ,I had to call Joe 3 times to receive the following after I spent $5500.00 at Silent Guardian.Joes response was whrn I called" YOU meaning me the owner "You have a serious attitude problem that's unacceptable"! imagine spending $5500.00 waiting 3 weeks to have your problem addressed then being told I have an attitude problem.Joe still refuses to correct the problem now I have to take him to court because he's not responsible,he's arrogant.now.
