    How can I boost the signal for WiFi? I was from one room to another and it changes from a secure setting to insecure. What booster would you recommend. The Belgian I have doesn't seem to work. Thanks.

    I have had their fiber installed for about 4 years. Fast and helpful has been my experience. When…read moremoving into my new home I needed things asap as I closed a lot faster than expected. They had techs on site hours after I called. I had a crappy router ($50 amazon find haha) that their call center suggested to not use and get something that could utilize my full fiber speeds. Not sure what I got but its a failed inexpensive rental from them that literally wifi covers my whole property. A lot of bad reviews seem to have the problem I did. Get a great router and your experience will be great.

I've called again on May 18, May 22, and now again today. Four months later, the wire is still sticking out of the ground. This isn't just an inconvenience--it's a safety hazard. My son has already tripped over it, and I worry every day about children, pets, or anyone walking through the yard. I've repeatedly asked for this issue to be escalated, but I haven't been able to speak with anyone in upper management or get a clear resolution. As a paying customer, it's incredibly frustrating to feel like my concerns are being ignored while I'm paying $89 a month for service. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I'm simply asking FiberCom to take responsibility, fix the exposed wire, and address a safety issue that should have been resolved months ago. I'm sharing this in hopes that someone at FiberCom will see it and finally help get this taken care of.

    RS&i destroyed my business with ever changing rules regulations and micro managing my business Not…read moreto mention the sales quotas that were unobtainable due to the inferior technology that people were just not happy with. also if we used their call center we had sales poached on numerous occasion. we were not the only dealer they did this too and many of my friends in telecommunications no longer due businesss with them or the companies they represent. and they are really starting to feel it with many of their offices closing and loss of dealers means loss of sales. and now that there is a new king in the satellite internet game with his own launch pad and clearance to launch whatever whenever I feel rs&i and HughesNet whom by the way I love the people at Hughes no complaints there. great company with great employees but they have been grossly miss represented by RS&i. Dish is shit and I've never offered it. both Hughes and Dish are owned by echostar whom I've had very little interaction with. so now that I'm not receiving any fullfillment from RS&I I am no longer obligated to buy my equipment from them. and no longer obligated to sale just one internet service. after all if you sale everyone you never lose a sale. we at G&G Systems are looking to get more into sales and less into installation. also I'm tired of dealing with a bunch of cry baby bitches. you know who you are and so does everyone else in the business. I HAVE ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS NOT HAD INTERNET SERVICE SINCE THEN and today is November 14, 2020. They will not answer their phones or respond to emails. The reseller at least in Bryson City NC has even been left in the dark about when or what is being done to fix the problem PLUS she has gone out of her way to get answers from them but she to has not had success. I was a nurse for over 40 years and I can assure you this is NOT A PROFESSIONAL way for a company to deal with a problem. You don't just shutdown your phones, not answer emails, continue to CHARGE credit cards but not provide service or technical support. I am no attorney but I believe this falls under "FRAUD" if you charge someone's credit card but do not provide the goods.!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. Extremely upset and would not recommend them at all.
