Keep in mind I had 3 employees TELL ME that I could. When I called Big Dog again to try to see other options, they told me they would call me back. I never got one call back, and when I mention this to an employee, I get yelled at. This is unacceptable. You WILL not get internet, and you WILL be led on a while goose chase for weeks. They should get hammered for false advertising because there's nothing "lightning fast" about this service! It's slow, the signal is constantly dropping in the middle of something and when I contacted customer service, I was told we had too many devices attached and were clogging the system. Really???
