    Phones do not work. When you call send straight to a voicemail saying manage your appointments online. Great customer service - I need to speak to someone I can't find the location. This would be a great time for someone to help guide the customer me to the location.

    I've had two separate appointments with Safelite this week after my car was damaged in a shooting. The guys working on my car were very friendly and informative. The facility itself is very clean (other than the little children's spot). They have free coffee, water, Wi-Fi, and a place to refill your water bottle. They were also playing Friends, which is always a plus. Thanks for getting my windows and windshield back in order!

    Chip is bigger than it was and now there's also a crack.

    I have used Safelite multiple times in the past with my Jeep and my Cadillac. I've always had great service, no complaints whatsoever. The same technician came out every time. Around 6 months ago I even had them replace my windshield. The same technician did a great job with that. Then a week ago I got a tiny chip in my windshield. I scheduled my appointment, but this time a new/different technician came out. And while filling the tiny chip he caused a 2" crack. Then he proceeded to tell me "it happens, and now you'll need to replace your windshield." Did he do it on purpose to make more money by needing to replace the windshield? Maybe. But I called and spoke to Sergio, the "Assistant Manager". Sergio said there's nothing he can do about it and would do nothing to help me out. Not that he can't, but that he wouldn't. So now I have to spend over $700 for another new windshield. He refused to send a technician out to assess the damage the other technician caused. There was nothing he would do to de-escalate the situation. Bad management, very poor customer service skills!! Do better Sergio! Do better Safelite AutoGlass Avondale!!

    Safelite is so bad !!!! So bad glass because weak glass !! Bad service , bad rescheduling many time !!! So bad because workers very slow and don't go to safelite anymore !!!

I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

    I used Yelp to get quotes for replacing the windshield on my 2020 Camry Hybrid with the…read morelane‑departure feature. As the quotes came in, I noticed that several shops warned they couldn't guarantee proper recalibration with an aftermarket windshield. See N Clear, however, offered a very competitive price with a warranty, so I reached out to them directly. They immediately assured me that recalibration would not be an issue. I booked an appointment for the next morning. I received a text 30 minutes before arrival, and the technician showed up right on time. The entire windshield replacement and recalibration were finished in under an hour. When I asked if I could take the car out to test the lane‑departure system -- he handed me the keys without hesitation. Everything worked perfectly. I really appreciate See N Clear's prompt communication, fair pricing, solid warranty, and excellent workmanship. They'll be my go‑to company for any future auto‑glass needs.
