I needed to have two small chips in my windshield. Since I am a Senior and a Widow I try to pick trustworthy people to deal with. It started with Sandy, who set up an appointment. When I arrived I was offered Coffee, Water Etc. Within minutes, Chris had my car in the service area repairing it. Even though Sandy was busy with other people she still smiled and made small talk. I woke up yesterday morning to come out to my car and find someone had broke into my car my driver doors window was broken out. I called my insurance company and the girl there gave me the number to Accurate. I called them right away because I was to rain and I was worried that I didn't have a window. We just had our third repair using this company (one windshield replacement, and two repairs). My husband and I seem to be magnets for freeway rocks. The work is top notch. Scheduling couldn't be easier; they are super flexible, and work all over the valley. It's a Peoria business, but I live in Chandler. My friend that referred me lives in Scottsdale. Their prices are reasonable, and they also process insurance claims, simply provide vehicle VIN and insurance claims number to them, and they take it from there. I had a crack in the windshield of my Mini Cooper and I called Accurate Auto Glass and they got me right in. They repaired the quarter size crack quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone that asked. I can't even see a trace of the crack. The repair person explained to me how sometimes windshields can crack from the pressure they use to do the repair and I appreciated that information but he was do good at his job no problem. Really great and honest company. Absolutely no hassle when setting a time to go in and have a chip repaired for a very good price that was much lower than every other competitor. I had my crack repaired in about 15 minutes and went out to look with my exceptional tech.
