Called a couple of places and finally decided to go to Capital Auto Glass even if it's a couple of miles out of our way. I always subscribed to the adage of never judge a book by its cover. It doesn't have a regular waiting area so if you decide to just drop off the car it's a choice but we also saw a couple of guys that were sitting cozily out while chatting with each other holding mugs of coffee and they all looked like customers to me. When they got done with our car, they called us that it's ready for pick up. We're pretty happy with their work. Then I found out that they also work on car windows and they quoted me the price, pretty reasonable which includes the parts and the labor. They also informed me before hand that it will take a couple of days to get the parts, no biggie. We are very patient people so this does not bug us at all. However, they called a couple of days later to just let us know that it'll be delayed but we already expected it because we're aware of the supply-chain breakdown situation that has been hitting some sectors especially in the automotive industry. Bryan didn't try to upsell us anything, he helped us solve the problem with the most cost effective solution. So he is putting himself into our shoe and that is what makes a customer come back and become loyal, the business integrity and credibility. Bryan and his team (Jordan and Cody) are awesome. The lady who answers the phone is very friendly and professional. We found another gem in this place. It can be hard to find a business place where you wanted to have lasting relationship when you are new in the area but we found this one. Their business place is located at the top of the hill so you will have to pay close attention to where you need to turn.

I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that!
