He set up the seat covers and took his time to make sure that the new windshield as well as the driver's and passenger's side windows were clean. They sent a check out with a windshield to put in my truck. Turns out they sent him out with the wrong one. He went out of his way to try to help me. The office dropped the ball. It's terrible. Can't get ahold anybody there's never anybody answering the phone. It's all automated, do not buy from this company. They have a chance to fix it if they do. I will definitely let you folks know. I had my windshield replaced on September 9, 2025. I received a voicemail letting me know they were done but I couldn't use my windshield wiper fluid because they broke my windshield nozzles. The tech said they will order them and replace them for me. 2 months went by and I never heard anything. I reached out to the tech on his cell and he said his manager said they were on back order. I knew this wasn't true because I could see that the nozzles were in stock at multiple stores. Another month went by, and due to it being winter, I could barely see out of my windshield. I texted the tech again and he ignored me. I ended up ordering the nozzles myself and had to find someone to put them on. I don't recommend this location at all. read more

Was referred to Safelite by my insurance company to fix a rock chip....the fix didn't take, so I was sent back for a windshield replacement....after a three hour wait, a tech came out and told me that the windshield was not going to work (auto-braking and other sensing issues) so they would order another one and let me know when it got there. Several days later, and after another three hour wait, I had a windshield. After getting a hard sell for new windshield wipers, I was on my way....fix was finally right, but I also had 10-12 hours invested in getting it done. Next time, I'm going elsewhere, where they can (hopefully) do the job right the first time.. read more

We needed our car repaired before 3:00 pm and had a busy day at our jobs so we could not schedule one of the specific times given on the website. There was mid morning and afternoon times available. Then my husband saw the option to drop it off early morning and use the key drop. We were excited about this option and assumed that it would be completed in the morning or at least early afternoon. No!! At 3:30, they were just pulling it in to be fixed! The website did not say that dropoff meant, "whenever they get around to it" was the timeframe. I have had 2 windshields (on 2 different cars) completely replaced by this location in the last 3 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experiences. My first experience was when the heater in my car cracked my cold windshield, all the way across the bottom and the 2nd was when a weaving driver slipped onto the shoulder and the wheel kicked a large piece of asphalt into my driver side glass. I went onto the Safelite website and followed the easy steps to set an appointment each time and was able to get a next day appointment. Drop off was quick and I was able to pick up at the end of the day (which allowed the seal to dry). I was even told that any points touched were cleaned, so during this time of virus I was assured they took it seriously too. They made a stressful experience worry free for me. read more

My wife brought the car in for a windshield that was damaged by a rock thrown from a truck. Their insurance is paying but they charged her credit card for the window. She was not asked if she wanted new wipers but they installed them anyway and charged $59 to replace my recently installed wipers that I had installed doing mystery shops. They seem to be shysters putting on unordered parts that were never authorized or signed for. They just asked for her card and said they would email her the receipt. That way no one sees the charge until they leave. I would go elsewhere to a reputable installer. I went back up there and they told me she asked for them. My wife said no one asked her about them. They just put them on without asking. Also all three OEM wipers are only $21 instead of their overpriced low quality wipers. They just like to take advantage of female customers. read more

Horrible from start to finish! Don't use them. Knew I wasn't going to make it before 5pm to get my car that was in for service for a 2nd time, called them (took 4 times to actually talk to someone) paid for my service over the phone and asked for them to leave my car out front with the keys in it for me to pick up after 5pm. Incompetent/Awful Service! I won't use Safelite again. I used safelite through a Progressive Warranty claim. The first scheduled appointment was on Saturday between 12-6 as a mobile repair. Waited all day for the repair person, 5PM comes I call, they have cancelled the repair without warning and no one is coming. Reschedule for Tuesday 12-6. It is freezing rain when mobile repair gets here. He scraps the ice away and tells me the chip is filled. I tell him I am the cars original owner and I've had one chip filled ever and it's on the drivers side and not in this location. This morning the ice is now melted and there is definately still a visible and very tactile chip. They will not come back to my location. They also peddle overpriced wind shield wipers as an up sell. Every communication is an up well. It is freaking annoying. read more

I had arranged to use a neighbor's garage since it was raining. Ryan shuffled cars around and said he was happy to help! Offered to Venmo him a tip since I was out of town and he said no need! I had a crack in my windshield. Researched where to go for repair. Safelight came recommended online. The Website was really easy to navigate and I was able to set up my own appointment for a technician to stop by and fix the crack. He was super friendly and helpful. When he realized he could not fix the crack, he gave me a quote on a replacement. He was able to answer all of my questions. He then set up an appointment for me at my local Safelite location. At the appointment everyone I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The technician who replaced the windshield was very informative. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Easy to schedule although when I discovered they used my old address instead of my new address the lady in the phone got kind of snippy but she did get it corrected. The service man kept me informed as to when he would be here and was very nice and explained everything on how he would fix the rock chip. He said that it would still show but it should not spider causing a replacement of my windshield. I am disappointed that it does still show as over the years I have had rock chips repaired and they either disappeared or there was just a little bit left of the chip. This looks like there was nothing done but he said it was guaranteed. Hopefully it will work. read more

My windshield on my truck was shattered. I was not able to drive my truck to the Safelite shop. So I arranged for a mobile unit to come to my house to replace the windshield. The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job of replacing the windshield. The truck looks brand new. First of all I called to have them come out and they needed a card number to hold the appointment, which we gave them and told them that someone else was paying for it so that was not the card to use. they said ok. Second, the tech took all day to come because he kept calling and putting other jobs ahead of our original time. Third he had no idea how to fix my window and didn't even fix it right so for a week I have been driving around with plastic on my window after having to go to the store for someone else to look at it. Fourth, they charged my card, and the job is not even done!! Would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more
